All the products are very good.

I've been a customer for more than 25 years and I'm very happy with their selection and service.

Very easy to order and receive. I have been taking these vitamins for a long time. I can't be without them. If I miss a day or 2 I see a big difference in my cognitive ability as well as energy level. I am 70 years old with Lymphoma. These vitamins keep me going.

Promp service

I have been charged twice totalling $152 with no service and I don't know why I'm being charged and there is no Avenue to a customer service. I need my refund please 🙏. I don't have such money to throw away. Kindly refund me please 🙏

What has happened to this company New Directions? The incompetence is unbelievable, I've been with New Directions since the 90s. They can't get autoship right,I call and correct a cc number and they can't get it right. 2nd time I've had to follow-up with this company because shipment didn't show. Called and talked to Gabriel and he's a smartass telling me they can't call me if my new cc failed. It was right and no notification. Gabriel tells me he cant give me a price including taxs and shipping, when all the other phone clerks have. There must be a diff ownership to be this incompetent. Remember there are many other companies that want my business. Im just about done with New Directions. A longtime disappointed customer. James.

For a number of years I used a product called Probiotic Advantage. I have no complaints about this product -- it seemed to be helpful.

Last year, out of the blue, this company sent me a solicitation inviting me to switch to another (and more expensive) product called Probiotic Advantage Daily Care. After some thought, I responded to the email and agreed to make the switch. I never received any confirmation that this was happening, and had to call to confirm that my response had been received. I received the new Daily Care product later last year, and received the next autoship refill last week (March 2026).

Meanwhile, I recently received a series of emails from this company scolding me for stopping the earlier product (Probiotic Advantage), and offering incentives to start ordering it again. Obviously no one in this corner of the company's marketing department bothered to check whether another corner of marketing had successfully campaigned to switch me to another product from this company. I chalked it up to poor training and supervision in the email marketing area.

But then, a few days ago, about a week after receiving my latest autoship refill of the Daily Care product, I received emails scolding me for not refilling Daily Care. I decided I had had it with these ridiculous emails.

I called the customer service number and asked to speak to a supervisor, as this sort of problem did not seem to be something a front line customer service agent could address. No luck. I was promised a call back from a supervisor. No call ever came.

This agent suggested that I send an email to customerservice (at) healthydirections.com asking that these emails be stopped. I sent such an email.

Today, I received an email in response from an agent named Giovanni A., stating that "Per your request, we have canceled your Refill and Save program for Probiotic Advantage Daily Care, which will prevent future orders from being shipped or billed."

Good grief.

I telephoned the company again today, again asking the agent Oscar to connect me to a supervisor. My call got disconnected. I telephoned again, and reached another agent whose name I could not catch. She was quite patronizing but apparently did reinstate my Refill and Save arrangement, while strongly implying that this was really all my fault. At the end of the call, she said she needed to tell me about an offer available from the company. I immediately said "No. No." because at this point I had no interest in ordering anything else. She bluntly said, "I listened to you, now you need to listen to me." So I stayed on the line and let her read the script for some product I had no interest in. All of this left a pretty sour taste in my mouth.

I plan to continue using the Daily Care product. I can't really say that I notice any improvement over the original Probiotic Advantage product, but this is an area where the effects are more subtle and long term. I just hope I don't have to deal with the company's customer service operation any more.

UPDATE March 23, 2026: As requested by the company's reply, I contacted the "Escalation Department" both by email and telephone. No one was answering the phone during the stated business hours, and no reply came to my email.

FURTHER UPDATE: On March 24, 2026 I received this email: “My name is Caitlin with the Escalations Department. We wanted to reach out to apologize for this experience with our agents. Please note, this is not the level customer service we strive to provide to our customers. We are looking into this experience both via email and telephone to ensure this does not happen again.

I see you are unhappy with the advertisement emails you have been receiving. I do apologize for the confusion with our promotions being sent to you about previous products or even current products you are taking. If you would like, we can remove you from the email list to stop emails from being sent. If this is something you would like us to do, please let us know.” I replied to say yes, as requested initially, I wanted the emails to stop. And I can report that none have come.

I confess I expected some kind of peace offering from the company, such as perhaps a complimentary extra bottle with my next refill order, but that does not seem to be the way their culture works. Customer retention does not seem to be a priority. They are free to make that choice, of course — I’m just surprised.

Easy web site and great product

I tried to call to place an order and got a 3rd party company to take my order. When they picked up, a dog was barking a few times loudly in the background. The person apologized and then took my information. After they put me on hold for over a minute or so and I just hung up because I didn’t feel comfortable ordering. I just ordered online afterwards

Great product. Quick response to email and requests. Quick turn around on orders.

I was able to get a reasonable price and in a fairly easy manner for my families vitamins.

Can not say much yet. The products sound to be good and the communications and presentations have been well. I have not felt much difference since I started using QMaxpro. Yet I ordered it for a second time to give it another try/chance...

Your website is a NIGHTMARE!

I like the products and have used Forward Plus for over 20 years. I especially like that they are packed together so it's easy when I travel. The orders usually arrive in about a week. But I was disappointed that my last order took over 2 weeks because they ran out of D3 which they were including for free!

Order is easy. Also like the quick inform of promotion sale.

Customer service and timely delivery of supplement is greatly improved. I love the surprise sales.
