Cleaning my Neuropathy Plate filled with excruciating pain.
Complete Nero vascular Support is something I cannot live without! I have been using this product for about 10 years now. I use it everyday and if I miss a dose then I am in trouble. My neuropathy is more pain than any person can go through in their hands feet. I have other medication prescribed for me and COMPLETE NEUROPATHY SUPPORT is like icing on the cake. My neuropathy pain is under control with this side dish added to my Neuropathy Pain Plate!

AWFUL Customer Service
Healthy Directions Customer Service is AWFUL. Complaints and concerns get the run-around and in my experience, the only closure comes when I give up.
When I paid for a product that didn’t arrive for 3 weeks, I asked for a complimentary product worth 20% of my order. Two months later, still no response to my request except the repeated emails confirming that my original order was received … yes, it was. But 3 weeks after I paid.
I like the product, but buyer beware of their poor customer service. Making matters worse, I’ve been a customer for more than a decade.

I have been with this company for at…
I have been with this company for at least 5 to 7 years, quite often delaying auto-shipments. However, the last time I replied by email saying to delay the auto-shipment, they tried to charge me anyway. I told my bank it was not an authorized charge and emailed Healthy Directions about my irritation. They tried to charge my account again, but I had purposefully gotten a new debit card, so their charge failed. I called and emailed and told them to cancel my account --period. I'm not about to give them "recurring" access to my bank account again. Since then, I have received notices from them that on the OUTSIDE of the envelope, it says "Payment Failed" in LARGE print. The product was excellent, but they lost my trust when they tried to push through an auto-shipment I told them via email that I wanted delayed.

Customer Service in US is very weak
Customer Service in US is very weak. I had 7 months of probiotics sent to me in December with expiration dates of Feb. 2026. I called and they replaced 5 of them 3 times with expiration dates of Feb. 2026. The only way I could get it corrected is for me to ship back the outdated product and I had to pay the shipping. So much for the 100% satisfactory guaranteed. Now mind you I have been a customer for over 20 years and this is how I was treated. Their refusal to reimburse me for the shipping and the number of times I have talked to customer service in Costa Rica trying to resolve this issue has caused me to cancel the remainder of my auto shipments and have decided to take my business somewhere else. So sad when you can't talk to a supervisor of an organization who has authority to credit an a account for such small stuff. For these reasons I will cease doing business with them.

Ease of use m was able to locate what I needed quickly. Checkout was quick -- BUT shipping cost is way too high for two small items. This is why I postpone ordering -- the shipping is too high. I'm on a fixed income and do not have spare cash for subscription reorders so please don't tell me that or send me an email to sign up for it!! This is not for me.
