Good luck trying to cancel. My father has been receiving these vitamins for years, but hasn't been able to use them. I have a financial power of attorney for him because he's unable to make these decisions for himself anymore, but can't find a way to cancel the subscription. This company is horrible and they take advantage of the elderly.

Father's Day Offer wasn't applied
I placed the order using the Father's Day special email I received saying I would get free shipping and a free gift for orders over $99. When it put me on the site, it said the offer was applied to my cart. I purchased $249 worth of product. When I checked out, I was charged $1.99 for shipping and no free gift.

I absolutely love the products
I absolutely love the products. Customer service is not helpful. This company sends out numerous catalogs and product information with sales but the sales are only for refill and save. Personally I like to control my ordering and do not like companies having access to my banko account.
