Great company & easy to claim
Really easy to claim with. Coverage is quite small i.e. at Level 2 coverage, the cost covered for counselling only covers 1 and a half sessions per year but of course better than nothing. Really happy with it overall. They mentioned in an email their turnaround was slow at the moment but payment actually only took maybe a few days so was really impressed with this. Thankyou so much!

patience - brace for frustration
horrendous. once you navigate the minefield that is the 'app', your faced with a UI that is not phone friendly. Once you claim, you are then at the mercy of an '8 ball', to find out if your claim is approved or rejected..., when the same claim only last month sailed through. Fingers Crossed for you, if you choose HealthShield.
