The process has been well communicated throughout and the people have been very helpful as I have never made a claim before. The claim was resolved quickly, but I feel the amount could have been more. I also understand the difficulty of balancing the claimant, defendant and costs to get the best outcome.

I contacted Hayes Connor Solicitors regarding a historical data breach that had not been closed when the company was ordered to by the Ombudsman service. The continued breach led to marks on my credit record stating I had an active account that was in debit to them at times.

after having read your reply you clearly are stating untruths the new solicitor did not say they cant make a better offer but said they would have to pay your cost to retrieve the files from you

I experienced a very serious data breach caused by a large Insurance Company. I tried to obtain compensation from the Insurance Company who offered an extremely minimal amount of compensation and they refused to move on their derisory offer.

I contacted Hayes Connor and spoke with James Kelliher who quickly established that I had a case against the Insurance Company. The Insurance Company followed by their solicitors were both extremely reluctant to make a reasonable offer for damages but James Kelliher kept pursuing the case and eventually a reasonable offer for damages was made.

I cannot praise James Kelliher enough. He was very knowledgeable and extremely efficient keeping me fully advised every step of the way. He was obviously very determined to obtain the correct level of damages. I would recommend Hayes Connor 100%.
