I contacted Hayes solicitors on 17th March. Today is 23rd Aug and- apart from e-mail enquiries- I still was not told if they take on my case.
Well, I contacted Cel solicitors on the 4th August and guess what, my claim is already drafted. If you believe you are right, you just need to find the right solicitor for you who sees things the same way and who actually represents you. Something was off with Hayes, K. said there was no proof when in reality it was poking her in the eyes.
Reply to Jon Else: thank you for your reply and wanting to understand a bit more, however from my point of view spending time on this would be counterproductive.If I were the boss or the co-founder I would keep a tighter leash so to speak on my employees and monitor their e-mails, check the timeframes they take to reply to customers...
