Great communication all the way through my case, very informative, I spoke with Erin she was great at helping me understand what was going on at all times with constant updates which was great because of her I was able to worry less about the situation!

Just received an email asking for a copy of the letter from south staffs water. A year later, almost. Then I just called expressing this is almost a year later and to expect anyone to not lose letters is ridiculous. Considering this should be the first question of proof. And yes I did send it originally. Yet they don't have it. The response, it does say in our correspondence I should save it for my records. My records not theirs. Im not in the mood for unprofessional solicitors. I responded with the same attitude I was given. Kurt. I was asked to wait. I was silent . Are you there. Yes and .. you are being rude. Excuse me. Proceeded to raise her voice at me. And then try to shout me down . Not being spoken to like that . Told this two bit company take my name off their books. She continued to shout me down. I lost it and swore LOUDLY. Give me a professional company who knows how to talk to clients with respect . These have no clue . Typical bad bullying solicitors

Well, where do I start, if you have a DATA breach claim go elsewhere, there are professional organisations that will deal with your query / issue and will guarantees a conclusion within 18 months - 2 years and provide clarity along the way.

I was told by HC before I asked them to represent me is there a chance of compensation otherwise I will not bother, I was told "Definitely / Absolutely" and within 18 months. Two years have elapsed and nothing, no comms whatsoever, the majority of my colleagues are in the same boat regretting asking this outfit to represent us.

Here we are September 2025 and no comms whatsoever - PLEASE AVOID!!

From the first phone call I made to the final phone call saying I had won my advisor Ben made me feel in safe hands .

Tried to join the Capita litigation. Didn't receive response so phoned them. Promised to send confirmation. Nothing received, contacted them again and nothing received. Contacted again to tell them that I was going to use another company and asked if they could confirm via e-mail that they agreed with my intentions. Nothing received

The people I spoke with were friendly and helpful. Explained everything well. My only grievance was that I had to chase for updates and ask what was happening next, especially at the start. Once it got going I had a bit more contact. Erin T was really approachable.

Hayes Connor were very professional and always on hand to answer any questions I had. They dealt with my claim quickly to a successful outcome and represented our best unterests at all times.

Great customer service. My case worker Erin helped me every step of the way. She was very informative and kept me in the loop as the case progressed. Erin was very patient with me whenever I had any questions or concerns and can't thank her enough!

Didn't want to know my case. In coming back to me they avoided the point and talked about issues that were irrelevant. That was after multiple emails asking me to send the details to them! What a waste of my time.

Would give zero if possible. Has been going on for about two years with an email about every three months to say they are going to issue proceedings blah blah blah.
