I ordered 2 batteries. The one for a Lenovo was totally incompatible and couldn't start the laptop even when I put the original back on, so it destroyed the laptop. The other on the Dell worked well.... Mehr ansehen

17 days from the order date to the delivery date, in the site of the company it was written 2-3 labor days.
The customer service all this time had non any satisfactory explanation and they promised refund only 10%. No other comments, 1 star because there is no alternative for 0 or -1.

False inforation on website …
I ordered a battery which according to their site would be delivered within 3-5 days. It's been 13 days and hasn't been delivered yet. Last week I contacted them and was told that it would be delivered early this week. It is already Thursday. Today I contacted them again and they say it will be delivered on the 25th of July. How can they be trusted? So, even one star is far too much
