I was skeptical when I saw the package, the drill bit only said 5/8" but when I measured them they were in fact 21/32" and 31/32". Cheapest price online and shipped fast. I'll order more after I test the quality.

GoVets had the lowest price by far of any of the other online vendors I checked such as Amazon, Office Depot/Max, WalMart, Staples,and many others. I was a little concerned ordering from this site because I'd never heard of it before. I took a chance and they surpassed my expectations. I placed my order 8/14 with really no idea how long it would take. To my surprise my large heavy glass chair mat was delivered today, less than 48 hours after my order. Govets.com leveraged a partnership they have with my local Office Depot. Buying though GoVets.com saved me $44 off Office Depot's price.

This company is 100% a fraud, that just takes extra steps to throw you off from knowing it. They’ll take your order, offering a shipment date unreasonably in the future because secretly they actually don’t even have the product in stock, and for all you know never planned to. About a month after taking my money, they then sent me an email that my order was being canceled and I’d be refunded. That was almost a month ago and not shockingly, the refund never came because it was never initiated. So I called them today. They don’t even say their company name when they answer! They do have a “support” agent in order to look more legit apparently, but as she didn’t even confirm with me what I’d ordered, just said she’d let accounting know to send the refund, I’m sure as heck not expecting any refund to go through this time either! This fraudulent “company” is even more of a disgrace than fraudulent entities that don’t take all these extra steps for manipulating you into thinking they’re legit and ethical. I will continue to call out this unethical manipulative company (which also is giving a bad name to veterans probably hoping the association will make them look better) wherever I can. :)

Very easy to order and to assemble. Arrived right on time. Is as comfortable as the "floor sample" I had sat in.

7/31/24: The fabric on the left arm has started to tear, after only 3 months. I will see what can be done about it, under warranty.
