This company is 100% a fraud, that just takes extra steps to throw you off from knowing it. They’ll take your order, offering a shipment date unreasonably in the future because secretly they actually don’t even have the product in stock, and for all you know never planned to. About a month after taking my money, they then sent me an email that my order was being canceled and I’d be refunded. That was almost a month ago and not shockingly, the refund never came because it was never initiated. So I called them today. They don’t even say their company name when they answer! They do have a “support” agent in order to look more legit apparently, but as she didn’t even confirm with me what I’d ordered, just said she’d let accounting know to send the refund, I’m sure as heck not expecting any refund to go through this time either! This fraudulent “company” is even more of a disgrace than fraudulent entities that don’t take all these extra steps for manipulating you into thinking they’re legit and ethical. I will continue to call out this unethical manipulative company (which also is giving a bad name to veterans probably hoping the association will make them look better) wherever I can. :)

Very easy to order and to assemble. Arrived right on time. Is as comfortable as the "floor sample" I had sat in.

7/31/24: The fabric on the left arm has started to tear, after only 3 months. I will see what can be done about it, under warranty.

Very reasonable price and super fast shipping!

I would not order from GoVets again due to badly managed inventory systems and refund protocols that are flawed. Not sure if this company intentionally designs these business processes so that a certain % of customers forget and never get their refunds. It's ridiculous that GoVets never once proactively reached out to me about my order and that I had to initiate contact every tedious step of the way. Here is my order experience:

5/20 - ordered some "in stock" parts

6/3 - I initiated contact with customer support for a status update, was told parts are back-ordered with est ship date of 6/12

6/17 - With no word from GoVets, I again reached out to customer service, now told manufacturer ship date is 7/3

6/20 - I decided to cancel my order, after reading about similar bad experiences from other customers. I was told I would receive a refund in 7-10 business days.

7/5 - Having missed the refund window, I once again contacted customer service, and they needed to "escalate" my issue to "accounting." Apparently processing a refund requires some special approval?

7/9 - I finally got a refund notification email, and my refund hit my credit card a few days later.

Meanwhile, I ordered the exact same parts from a different website on 6/20 (a website that sources from the same manufacturer), it shipped within 2 days, and I received it 6/28.

Playing games with misleading inventory availability and delaying refunds to make customers jump through hoops reeks of shady business practices.

I bought from them because they had the best price. But it took them 8 business days just to ship my order and I didn’t receive it for over 2 weeks. They sent me shipping updates, but no tracking numbers. On the good side, customer service responded to my email quickly. On the bad side, lots of bad reviews on BBB make it seem like my good experience with customer service was an exception to the norm.

My order arrived super fast, and was free shipping. The item arrived in great condition and was exactly what I ordered. Will definitely go to this site again.

My second purchase went much better from GoVets.

This time the item came quicker and not damaged. If it weren't for the great prices I wouldn't have came back.

Great pricing and super fast turnaround

Took over $400. No status on product until I reached out a month later. Refused to process a refund. The use suppliers and will not help you because of this. Major headache. July, 22nd. Still no refund/offer for credit.

Being an Army Spouse for 20 years, I appreciate the fact this website gives back to our everyday heroes. An added advantage was I found the product I needed, which was not available elsewhere. Two wins!

I'm so impressed with GoVets! They had the office chair I had my eye on and at the lowest price. My back was murdering me from the other chair I was using so I was hoping it would be delivered quickly. Quick is an understatement. I submitted my order on a Monday night and the chair arrived Wednesday morning. I will absolutely be doing business with GoVets again in the future!

The price of the chair I purchased seemed too good to be true but the chair is perfect! And they delivered earlier than they said they would! All around an amazing experience.

The cord I ordered was a perfect fit for my Milwaukee drill. The price was very good. Quality was very good and I like helping the veterans.
