It was a little disturbing
It was a little disturbing to have ordered from GoVets and receive the items I ordered arrive from Grainger. If this was the case, then why didn't I just order from Grainger.

I ordered a stall door and the website…
I ordered a stall door and the website states that the hanging hardware is included. The box was damaged and I assumed the hardware fell out in shipping. I entered in to a chat only to be told that the hardware is not included. I thought I had made a mistake but double checked the website and also the chat person agreed that the hardware was to be included. I know have a gate and no way to hang it. I now have to try to find the hardware at extra cost. I will not do further business here again.

Hi Liz - Looking into this - we do see that the High Country Plastics Horse Gate (281-81746B20) was delivered to Hilltop Ranch for a great price (including shipping of $151.29 and that we did issue you a refund of $50, but I understand that there were challenges dealing with the manufacturer for the hardware kit. We hope that everything turned out ok for your gate and are so sorry this happened. For future reference reference, your order number is 000459344. Hope that you consider us again in the future as most order deliver same or next day and we generally do not experience these types of challenges with our suppliers, manufacturers or 3rd parties. Either way - thank you for your previous business and best of luck!

My order arrived only 2 days after I ordered it. But the packaging could be better. I believe it could have been packed more snug. With arrows pointing in the up direction.

Stay away from Go Vets
I ordered an ice melting item for $49.99 on Jan 2nd. I received the wrong item, which was a can of deicer for $9.95 on Jan 16th. It is now Feb 1st and I am still not credited back for the item I paid for. Today their customer service person “Lexi” made sure to let me know this is the “SECOND” as she typed it, time I’m receiving a return label. I did not see it because the emails are so long from no responses, that I missed it.
If I could give this place a ZERO I would. Their customer service personnel SUCK.
