Deceiving "in stock". They are a drop shipper, they don't stock anything.
Purchased an item that was and is still listed as "in stock". I ordered this on August 7th. 2 weeks later (today) I call them to find out why I havent' received tracking and they told me it is scheduled to ship in the middle of September.
What a joke. Stop lying to your customers by saying something is in stock when it is not in stock.

The item you ordered was displayed as in stock based on supplier availability data we receive through automated inventory feeds. In this case, the product was discontinued by the supplier, and unfortunately, that update was not communicated to us in a timely manner, which caused the listing to remain active longer than it should have. We fully acknowledge how misleading that experience can feel, and we apologize for the confusion it created.
GoVets works with thousands of suppliers and manages a very large catalog, and while we have some of the most advanced automation in the industry to keep inventory and availability current, rare situations like this can still occur when supplier data is delayed or incomplete. That said, this does not change the fact that the experience fell short of expectations.
Once the issue was identified, the order was canceled and the matter was resolved through the appropriate refund process. We regret that it required you to call in to get clarity, and we are continuing to improve supplier accountability and data validation to further reduce situations like this.
We appreciate your feedback and hope you’ll consider us again in the future. If you do, our team is always available to help verify availability or recommend alternatives before ordering.

Prob worse than one star
Prob worse than one star, called them to confirm the part was the same as the picture on the website and they said it was. Then had them call the warehouse it was in to confirm again. I asked the person on the phone if it was a full refund if it was the wrong part and he said yes in this case we confirmed and it would be a full refund. They gave me the wrong part, different than the description and the picture. Called 3x and they are telling me I gotta pay a restocking fee and return shipping and have wasted so much time on this. Still no answer from the manager the told me I would have a label in 2 days but it’s been a week.

Shipping is a little uncertain
Hello, the company I work for has been buying from GoVets for a while now and it's excellent service. The only complaint that I have is that sometimes when I buy something, I don't know when to expect it. Sometimes the shipping is very quick and other times it can take up to a few months. The only issue I have is that some of those items that take a long time are listed as "In stock" and has no indicator that they will need to be backordered.
