Absolutely terrible service from this company lately. Full of excuses and false promises. I wish I had £1 for every time I've been told it'll be with you tomorrow. What a load of rubbish. Completely let down - should have received next day, now at the end of the third day and STILL NO PACKAGING!!

Wrong item sent and terrible packaging…
Wrong item sent and terrible packaging of parcel!
It was so badly packaged, the delivery driver asked me to check everything was still inside.
It was but probably more by luck as both the top and bottom of the parcel was open.
I have already complained about this and you have refunded the incorrect item.
