VERY DISAPPOINTING PURCHASE EXPERIENCE.
Very disappointing purchase. VERY misleading pricing structure. Different prices on all their different company websites and their eBay site. Photos of genuine JIFFY products next to unbranded items and prices, again very misleading. Also, delivery company can't be *rsed to deliver properly and allege that they have a 'kerbside delivery' agreement, which meant that either you come out in the rain to where they are parked (in the city!) and try and find them (which then meant a young girl had to wrestle TWO massive items bigger than herself, up FOURTEEN FLIGHTS!!!) or they return your items! Very poor indeed.

What happens when things aren't perfect is perhaps the most important thing about a company. Having discovered a slight under-supply with one of my items, I called Globe Packaging at 13:16 today. We agreed that a refund to cover the missing items was the simplest remedy. The money was in my account by 13:20.

Im a gallery ordered bubblewrap and paid next day delivery was left without for over a week there was apparently a courier issue but no attempt to send a replacement that could have stopped me having to buy small expensive rolls locally.
