Order arrived very quickly
Order arrived very quickly, enough boxes and packing for what they say size wise, I will say the biggest boxes are too flimsy and get bashed up too easily. Would rather not have them and get more of the double walled ones, overall good though!

Very good customer service
Very good customer service. From old south members. Able to handle any issues very quickly and tried their best to make life easier despite the delivery company Parcelforce trying to spoil it. You're almost have a dedicated account manager and you have an almost personalized service where they try to help you every step of the way.
There is small quib. The outer packing of the large boxes is not secure enough. The use of everything stretch wrap that gets destroyed in transit very easily. Therefore it is advisable to inform them of this before dispatch to ensure that these boxes are stretch wrapped multiple times securely so that they don't easily rip during Transit. Apart from that excellent service as I mentioned overall, and the staff are very kind.

Poor customer service/ goods not as described
The goods were dispatched very quickly.
They came in two separate deliveries. The first was happy to bring the goods into the building. The second was deliver on a pallet, loose cardboard boxes had been cellophanes to keep them together but resulted in damaged items. The delivery driver would not bring the pallet into the building so late in the day we had to unload outside.
When we went to use one of the boxes for a small parcel via Royal Mail we discovered the box is more than a cm over the advertised internal dimensions so all 200 are having to be returned. Despite it being their items not being as advertised they are insisting we pay for the return postage. We will not be using the company again.

Bad quality
The boxes have arrived, but unfortunately the quality is terrible. The packing tape won’t stay on the boxes and keeps coming loose, which is making them difficult to use. I’m very disappointed with the quality and would appreciate a solution
