I am moving homes and so looked up some moving boxes bubble wrap polystyrene corners and plastic sheeting to prevent damage to my furniture during removal and so I ordered on the 10th of October expecting it to be a quick delivery the polystyrene protectors and the plastic sheeting arrived within a few days but the moving boxes and bubble wrap still hadn't arrived over a week later at one point the delivery company lied and said there was an access issue so couldn't deliver my parcel it's a flat path and in to a lift so there wasn't an issue they just couldn't be bothered to deliver it to me clearly, I've emailed 2 separate times keep being told the same excuse that it's an issue with the delivery company and they've checked it out and it should arrive that day email back if it hasn't and both times nothing has turned up in fact this time I've not even received a reply from them, I had 3 weeks to pack everything away mind you I'm literally trying to pack up a 2 bedroom flat with 2 kids by myself and so the fact that these boxes are taking so long to come it's actually stressing me more because it's putting off actually having my things packed up for the van so my things are all piled up in my living room waiting on these boxes, I paid £150 for this order so it's not so easy to just order elsewhere these where in my opinion pretty pricey so I did expect it to go ahead smoothly unfortunately it's been nothing but problems since I ordered. I honestly wouldn't use this company if this is the issues with an order over £100 I dread to think the problems people must be facing with small orders.

Products are great delivery confusing
Products are great. Delivery is confusing .
Was not advised that products will be coming by two different warehouses. Email said all items dispatched and delivered. Had to phone to be told that they coming separately on different days. Friday and following Monday so not next day as advertised. I was not planning on being home on the Monday so had to change my plans.

Apologies, but no improvement:
Disappointing to have ordered again - & the same old problems. Last order - they've reduced the size of the document holders, so now a quarter A4 size doesn't fit fully within it, & slows you down. This order, I've only just started on 1 size of Jiffy style envelopes - I still have all other sizes remaining. You open the envelopes to slide in your item, & realise that the paper seam at the bottom pouts & exposes holes, where you can lose the item. We've previously had this issue with other sizes on the bottom, or sometimes to the side. But it seems to happen regularly now. Previously, they would only let me complain about some - because it was over a month since delivery - but I buy in bulk (for my small company) and don't always require to use all items in a small amount of time, even though I've tried to reduce my order size so that I realise in time - it's not viable, because I need the additional discounts from buying in Bulk. Also, it would be incredibly time consuming to check every item upon delivery, & would be very hard to detect, until your placing your items in them. I can't help thinking that they at some point have tried to decrease their own costs - they have interfered with their previous sizes & quality, It's a shame - because they all seem like nice people. I'll be calling them on Monday, but I think I'm ready to move elsewhere.

Good Quality let down by packing
The boxes were excellent but with no packing a couple of them became crushed hence more difficult to put together
