Delighted with personalised slate clock which was appreciated by the recipient of the gift. Although the greetings card with personalised message which was ordered wasn't included, it wasn't a big deal as I had time to buy a card locally and write my own message. Customer service responded promptly and offered to send another card or issue a refund. The refund was processed that same day, very efficient.

I am happy with my purchase, engraving was done nicely.

The item was delivered on time and well packaged.My only concern was the said item was not in a presentation box which I had to source myself. Given it was engraved with 60th birthday I would have thought the price would include a box

Amazing quality, ingraving was beautiful, fast delivery, absolutely love it, would definitely recommend.

It was packaged well but the writing on it isn’t clear at all (it doesn’t look great) and you don’t do apostrophes which is needed for the correct grammar.

Can’t fault item ordered or customer services. Only problem is they send using DPD who were the biggest nightmare ever 18th birthday present 5 days late. So thanks for that. Due to carrier they use won’t order from them again. Shame really they have some nice stuff

My order number is #67474 and you put the picture I wanted with the wrong message. It was a 50th birthday present. It wasnt black marble it was silver and it was for someone else's dad. Very disappointed as I dont have time to get a personal message to the one I love on time now.
