Parcel delivered in good time. Unfortunately, I had not sent a card with the order. I realised immediately and telephoned to ask if this could be rectified. I left a few messages but got no return call. I realize it was entirely my fault but hoped that if I spoke to someone before the order was dispatched it could be rectified.

Having received the wrong colour gift ordered I emailed but had no reply.
Product is great but would have been 5 stars if they had replied to my email. It was a gift and they loved it anyway. Ordered blue their favourite colour but got black.

Overall not too bad for service. I ordered a personalised bottle of port as a 60th birthday present. It arrived with no problems to the recipient, but there was a lack of communication which meant I didn’t know if the port had been sent or delivered.

Ordered a personalized pint glass as a gift, the person loved it and as a bonus every time I think that someone had to write Craig "the furious masturbator" Collins on a pint glass I can't help but laugh.
