Everything is straightforward and easy. Package delivered within a week. The bottle was very well wrapped. Engraving, perfect. I'm enjoying the bubble wrap. Thank you.

It would have been 5 stars as it was a great product, delivered 2 days early and loved by the recipient. However a star is lost because of the delivery company. The delivery man, Liam from DPD, decided it was a good idea to leave it in a logstore without leaving a note or anything to inform the recipient it was there. Said recipient went away for their graduation (that was why I ordered it!) without knowing it was there. I received a photograph of her package that was so dark and poor I had no idea what it was meant to be it where it had been left! After being in the log store for the hottest weekend of the year it is testament to the quality of the product it survived intact. If I were you I’d use a different delivery company .

Absolutely dreadful experience. Excuse is the hot temperatures. Personally, if it was sorted straight away the ‘temperatures’ wouldn’t have been an issue. Spoke to the CEO who all could say was “I’ve done everything I can and it’s not our fault”. Last thing you want to hear when you have ordered a sentimental present needed for a certain day. CEO has his opinion. I have mine. Avoid at all cost IMO

Rubbish! Ordered 2 baby hand print frames and the clay was 5 years out of date in both of them. Couldn't use them for our babies hand print as gifts to our family members as it was too dry! Now been completely ignored by this company who promised to send new clay.. nothing received and ignored our emails chasing it up. Wouldn't recommend.
