Ordered in time for a present. Two days after my delivery due date my order hadn’t arrived. I therefore contacted them and was told “my order must be lost” I was then advise they would resend my order, an hour later was told they had no more in stock and I can “pick another watch of any cost on our site” so I did, however apparently the watch I picked they emailed back and said that it “was out of stock as well” which I didn’t believe them as this was on there website to order. They did offer me alternatives which didn’t match my requirements even though I explain it to them. So in the end I was so fed up and got the impression they didn’t really want to proceed with my order so I asked for a refund, and guess what I must say the refund was received as quick as blinking.
I won’t be ordering from this company, and I’ve made it know to my friends/family. I can see there have been good reviews but my experience was far from it.

This is the second time of purchasing from this first class company. The owner of the company answered my enquiry as to an unchanged delivery versus billing address issue.
He and his staff made the required change, kept me informed, finalised my order well within their expected timeframes and was successfully completed to my own and the receiver’s total satisfaction!
I can absolutely commend this excellent company who have again provided a 100% all round service.

Came before due date and in good packaging would use them again

Product arrived with outside packaging intact however when opened product taped together with masking tape with one item missing - can provide pictures - disgusted that the item was despatched in such a dispicable state. Have emailed company - with no reply so far - I’m disappointed and disgusted with the company

Not good. Will not use again. Paid extra for a Rose, they sent normal. Still waiting for the replacement 1 week on. Expensive, should have gone to the supermarket

My experience with gifts4u has been excellent. They have been very helpful and very fast in their response. I had accidentally clicked on the wrong address for a 50th birthday present for my brother in law. Thankfully ot was sent back and they helped me correct it and resend it. I live in Gibraltar so it made it even easier to contact them and resolve the issue. Very helpful customer service and will definitely be using them again.

It was somewhat disappointing that the lovely pewter label was put on along the join of the bottle which has spoilt the overall effect! Not sampled the Port yet but looking forward to it!

I ordered a personalised magnum of champagne for my son's 40th birthday. It arrived promptly on the correct date & he was very pleased with it - especially as the
personalisation had been etched into the bottle.He sent me a photograph and it looked very good indeed - better than I had hoped for. I was so pleased I have since ordered two more - one for a wedding & one for a 50th anniversary ! I will use this service again.
