What the gift should look like and how it came are two completely different things. Got a custom pocket watch, the image quality was crap very low res, and was placed wrong, not how it looked on the preview. Again over priced for what came because of the image quality.

Panelled top arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I had not used this company before but it is now on my trusted list. Very happy with service and product, I had been looking for this item which out of stock in every other outlet and was very happy to be able to find it here. The unexpected free gift of a multi head usb was a very pleasant surprise and is perfect for my motorhome. Thank You! To the company owners.

Amazing service and gorgeous product. I ordered 60 personalised compact mirrors for an event. I was so impressed with the customer service and the speedy delivery. I gave the company little notice and they were able to send me the product within a week. I just want to say thank you for making a stressful last minute order so easy and reassuring. I would defiantly use them again for upcoming events!!

I recently ordered an engraved watch as a gift. It was ordered on 28th June. I got an email on 30th June stating it had been dispatched via 24 hour delivery and should arrive by 4th July. On 6th July it still had not arrived I called and spoke to Jordan who said he would send me the Royal Mail tracking number and also contact Royal Mail and email me back that day which he didn’t. I called them again on 7th July and spoke to Agsar who was very rude and dismissive and clearly was not interested he said wait and see if the parcel arrives, I asked him to give me the tracking number and chase Royal Mail again to find out what the delay was, I asked him to send another one out urgently and his response was “do you think I’m going to send a parcel out for Saturday delivery” On 7th July I got an email from Agsar stating ‘Jordan had sent a replacement yesterday so in fact two watches had been sent’ which is clearly not true, he did at this time send the tracking number and upon checking the tracking said item dispatched on 7th July @ 17.35 on 24 hour postage. On 10th July Royal Mail tracking was still saying we are awaiting your item from customer as soon as it’s received we will deliver it. Clearly they did not dispatch the item when they said on 30th June. On 10th July I got an email from
Agsar asking had the item arrived I messaged back saying no and please update me as the Royal Mail tracking was still saying awaiting item, that can only mean they had not dropped it off. I then received a message saying item should be with you tomorrow 11th July.
The item did arrive on 11th July nearly two weeks after it was ordered. Having checked the invoice it is dated 3rd July so although it was invoiced on 3rd July it was not posted until 7th July and still took 3 working days to arrive on a 24 hour postage which I paid for. Gifts online 4 u clearly did not send the item out on 30th June as per the email received and when I spoke to Jordan and Asgar they would have been aware of this but instead of being honest they did not say it had not actually been shipped. This is very poor service and the staff were very helpful and was not interested in fact Asgar wanted to cut my call as I said this is not good enough it’s a gift and it should have been here as per their email. So all in all a very poor service from them. This is my personal experience with the company. A very unhappy customer.
They never sent the first tracking number from 30th June clearly because there wasn’t one as the invoice is dated 3rd July and the dispatch date was 7th July not 30th June as their email stated. So I have paid for next day delivery and received the item two weeks later !!!
Giftsonline4u please be honest to your customer who support your business there is no need to be dishonest if there is any sort of delay let your customers know rather than sending a dispatch email and delivery date knowing that the item has not been dispatched. The reason I know you did not dispatch on 30th June is because your invoice is dated 3rd July so how could Jordan have dispatched another one on 7th July, this was the original item. Had it been engraved and dispatched on 7th July then the invoice would be dated 7th July not 3rd July which is four days before you state a replacement was sent …..I will not be spending my hard earned cash with you again ..
I note some other not good reviews…. You will lose customers because of poor service especially as this is something that should never have happened and could easily have been resolved.

DPD sent my order back to GO4U because they refused to leave the order in a secure location. GO4U haven't replied to any of my emails or phone calls regarding delivery again. It has been more than 2 weeks now without response. I feel they have taken my £150 and run. Terrible company; avoid at all costs.

Very dissapointed, I payed for 2 day delivery very expensive by the way ,I wrote them an email specifying that if my deliver won't make it on time I want a refund and cancelation of my order ,ups already told me it would be delayed ,I wrote to them and no reply ,they screwed up my WIfe present for mother's day ,

The product was not delivered. When asked, company stated that it had attempted to deliver twice. I never received any texts or emails stating such. And I was asked to pay extra for redelivery.

Bought a pocket watch for my husband.it was our 25th wedding anniversary.my husband is watch mad,so got it engraved aswell.watch came,looked amazing,my husband gently wound it up,all of a sudden the hands kept moving.my husband didn't wind it fully when this happened.sent watch back,paying £12.95 tracked,as they don't supply return labels etc,they said they would refund delivery cost,but accused my husband of over winding.this he did not do.watch was returned to me 24hrs after they received,no delivery refund,and watch keeps stopping,so faulty.really not happy.my husband is very upset as he can't show off his gift.if you are thinking of buying a pocket watch from here,think twice.they don't even supply instructions or warranty card.will not buy from them again.

I ordered a Christmas Stocking for my husband with Arsenal pinted & his name but what I ended with was a Stocking with his name & Manchester United printed on it!
