I ordered a wristwatch with a picture in it on the 03/12/2025 hoping I should have it by Christmas, I payed extra money for international delivery from UK to Ireland, then I had to pay more for delivery once it was in Ireland, only to get it on the New Year's Eve and listen now, It was not a wristwatch, but a pocket watch, which is absolutely not what I ordered, emailed them, no response, ugly scammers, don't order anything and save yourself disappointment.

Bought four printed diaries for £99 for my company only one arrived the quality is good but has cost £99.........................
They have now sorted the mistake and ive had the 3 diaries delivered all rectified

Awful customer service. No reply to multiple emails, phone messages, facebook messages - even the "quirky" email the founder. No reply to any form of contact. Unhelpful delivery options.
An absolutely unacceptable experience. Do not use this site.

What a treasure to uncover this company through Not on the High Street.... beautiful job on an engravable birthday present. On checking, I'd made a mistake in the name...I had reassurances that my correction has been noted. It had...arrived beautifully engraved and wrapped with care. Sorry I didn't take a photo but rushed to post as a belated gift. My thanks to all..⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered a glass for Father's Day, the quality was awful and actually laughable, nothing like advertised, small, couldn't even make out who the people are in the picture. I sent an email along with photos they offered me 15% off my next order whilst I declined as the item I have already brought was awful and unable to gift. They then offered me a full refund if I sent it back and covered the cost, the return address was china! I think has little time to get a present. Avoid at all cost!

Avoid at all costs! I received my order which was nothing like advertised. You couldn’t make out the photo. I contacted them and they offered 10% refund to which I refused. The product was unacceptable. They refused to refund. Will be going higher.

As others have stated about the photo box, the picture do not align, the quality of them is awful and the photos have literally fallen out and do not match the actual photo. The fact you pay EXTRA for a “worry free purchase” is barbaric as that is completely false advertisement to get more money from you. It is so cheaply made and for nearly £45 including postage you’d expect the quality to be so much better. The quality of this box is as if it has been bought from the pound shop it is that flimsy.
Once I finally got through to a human after having automated emails sent to me that had nothing to do with my claim I was then finally offered a 15% refund. 15%?? The box is literally in pieces from the pictures falling out and that is all I am offered for a refund. Shocking customer service if I’m honest. Do not buy from this company as they really don’t care after you’ve paid for something.

Ordered a photo box….all the photos didn’t size up to the frames, the outside of the photos were blurry and 2 of the photos didn’t even match up! Complete waste of money! Only offer a 15% refund which is ridiculous unless you send it back to china (out of your own pocket) and I paid for the “worry free” guarantee….absolutely rubbish!

The order I received was awful, the photos were blurry, the handle was broken, the photos didn’t align at all & I didn’t receive in a gift box like I had selected

I had a mostly positive experience with GiftsOnline4U. The personalised gift I ordered was great, and the customer service was responsive and helpful. Delivery was impressively quick, and they went above and beyond to accommodate a request. However, there was a minor quality issue with the item not being exactly as expected, but they offered a resolution promptly. Overall, a reliable company I would consider using again.

Disappointed is an understatement. I ordered an item for NDD which has not arrived. I contacted the seller who said that the order wasn't picked up in time. Extremely poor service with no apology provided. To prevent disappointment, I'd avoid and go elsewhere.

I ordered 4 personalised diary.I received it with wrong name.I have written an email and have been contacting them since this morning on their landline contact number.No one picks up the phone.I have left a voice mail and no response so far.

The item I ordered came sooner than expected.

Item arrived extremely quick (although I did pay for quick delivery). Item was dirty where ink had smudged down the sides but also on the Lego pieces. I contacted regarding this and was told when printing to expect smudging and they sell hundreds, offered to send a new one but I declined as if it was a production issue it will be the same. Disappointed the item doesn't look to standard of image advertised.

Amazing gift! Fantastic customer service. I wanted something with a message written in Turkish (multiple special characters) and it wasn’t a problem. Even telephoned to confirm message beforehand. Would recommend and definitely use again

Royal Mail wisely put the parcel in the blue bin, which was subsequently collected. Giftsonline4U responded immediately when I questioned where the gift was and, when it became clear what had happened, they sent another out immediately - no fuss.

Every company encounters issues but it's how they're dealt with that sets good companies apart.
