Always pretty good and generally haven't had a problem with a delivery over the years I have been using Gifts Australia. The stock is a bit samey though they do introduce new products occasionally. Good for pressies when you live outside Australia.

The bbq set arrived with rust on it
The bbq set arrived with rust on it. Very disappointing when ordered asa gift for my sons birthday/first housewarming.
Because of the order value there was a free gift included which was a poncho. Not very manly, but it also arrived as a kids sized mini poncho. Not an ideal gift for an order placed through the ‘men’s’ section of the website.

Order delivered on time
Good selection of goods, I can usually find a couple that fit the occasion. Prices are more than if I bought in a retail outlet but that's expected. The service is good and I have used them multiple times and will continue to use them to provide treats for my loved ones so far away.
