Disappointing order process
I really liked the variety of products in various price brackets. But the ordering system is bad. I bought 4 gifts, selected the ribbons for each one (4 different colours) and 4 thankyou cards with an identical message. Pressed the button that said I wanted the same messageon all 4 thankyou cards. Only received one thankyou card and no ribbons. Contacted the business. They just said I made the error. Didnt even want to discuss it further. There are equally good sites with better customer service.

Always pretty good and generally haven't had a problem with a delivery over the years I have been using Gifts Australia. The stock is a bit samey though they do introduce new products occasionally. Good for pressies when you live outside Australia.

The bbq set arrived with rust on it
The bbq set arrived with rust on it. Very disappointing when ordered asa gift for my sons birthday/first housewarming.
Because of the order value there was a free gift included which was a poncho. Not very manly, but it also arrived as a kids sized mini poncho. Not an ideal gift for an order placed through the ‘men’s’ section of the website.
