Buying a car from GH motors was a breath of fresh air. Nothing was too much trouble, will definitely recommend to others when looking to buy a vehicle.

awful experience, so glad i never actually purchased my new car from here. When requesting a -refundable- deposit back they were aggressive and condescending over the phone to my partner, ignored countless emails, refused to refund as they had serviced the car although i never requested or agreed to this, especially not to being liable for the cost. I now have my money back via a fraud chargeback from my bank who are now investigating. Has also been reported to the FCA and Action Fraud. No doubt there will be some condescending reply to my review insinuating this situation was my fault, however countless other bad reviews share a similar experience - Take your business and money to a reputable dealership elsewhere with decent salespeople :)

We received a first class service. All the staff went the extra mile to help us, especially Chris and Jeremy and not forgetting Ash. We would also recommend GH Motors to all friends zbd family.

We Brought a car from G H motors on the 14th feb and the staff were very nice , professional and knowledgeable, unfortunately I had a problem with the car which was no fault of anyones and it was quickly rectified ,i was given a full refund straight away, and the staff were very apologetic

Poor customer service , when you ring up enquiring about logbook and all they do , is hang up on you !

Went to view a focus and it had the tyre pressure sensor light on during the test drive. We were otherwise happy with the car, and agreed that the car would be serviced and the sensor repaired before collection. On the way home from collecting the car, the sensor came back on immediately. A few weeks later the clutch and flywheel failed. We called back to claim under the 'warranty' and was told that we had exceeded the fair usage mileage, a fact that was argued out by GH motors until we offered to produce the actual mileage printout from the black box fitted to the vehicle proving their deciept. GH motors refused to oblige their legal duty to repair the vehicle both under the warranty and our consumer rights and offered a £200 discount on the bill which we just gave in and paid for an easy life as we needed the car back and they are a nightmare to deal with! Got the car back with all the badges broken off the back, and the tyre pressure sensor light coming on half way home again! Have been told numerous times since that we will be given a courtesy car and they will repair the fault but it never actually happens, so we have now had to pass this on to our solicitor to claim for the remaining faults as well as reclaim the repairs we have already had to relay under our six month consumer rights. Do not waste your time or money with these cowboys, it's not worth the stress, or the knowledge that con men are bodging about with your car!

What a breath of fresh air , sales guy was wonderful. Purchased an Audi for my daughter from GH Motors which is wonderful and drives like a dream, would highly recommend them . Thanks for everything !

Purchased a 2013 Ford Fiesta 1.5tdci from GH Motors back in 2020, I required a car for travelling to work. Didn’t want to spend a fortune, just wanted a reliable car. Neil the salesman recommended the fiesta to me, had the car for close to 2 years. Never missed a beat. Better still I’ve just sold the car for more than I paid for it! Just purchased a car from gh motors and I can honestly say my whole experience from start to finish was excellent, I’ve been to various dealers in our location and found gh motors to be the best for price, service, and very knowledgeable staff, nothing was to much trouble for anyone we dealt with and even got a good discount, so highly recommend this company, Thank-you to all.

I recently traded in my nissan note for a Qashqai here. Though the garage is 60 miles away I made the journey as the car I wanted was a rare find. I was able to place a deposit on the phone to hold the car until the weekend, I got there decided I liked it and arranged an order form to complete the following week. No pushy sales, no patter, didn't hesitate to allow test drive etc.
I got more than I expected for my part exchange but they decided against offering money off my new used car which was dissapointing when I later found the interior isn't up to 100% scratch (no sun visor mirror covers) they have been ripped off.! So an odd problem, with a part I need to find and replace but overall happy with my car.

Had couple of issues, took back in warranty tried to fix but didnt. Problem got worse out of warranty rang jeremy who agreed to look at it. Got call later accusing me of the damage from Gareth. Jeremy got back in touch all problems sorted and went in good detail for me. Advice, if you need anything just ask for Jeremy :)

Bought a Nissan Qashqai from GH Motors a couple of weeks ago, Jeremy was knowledgeable and very helpful. Great car too. I would highly recommend GH motors to my friends and family

Though the car that I purchased did not meet my expectation, the dealership was very kind in resolving the issue, by giving me a refund. I must add though that there were costs that I incurred as a result of this.

I bought a car from GH motors in November last year, I'll never recommend anyone to buy from them as they're proper scammers, they lie everything just to get the sale through
The Mercedes wing mirrors were actually glued with black glue and didn't fold but after few days I found out they were falty
Tyres and brakes and discs were really bad, after 2 months i had to do a £1300 repairs in this Mercedes, after a month turbo failed, £1680
Now apparently its gearbox mount falty,
For 8 months that i have the car, 4 months in the garage and 4 on the road
Jeremy and his partners have no limits of what they can do to sell the cars
I'll never recommend anyone to gh motors

Made buying my car really easy, even stayed open for me as I was running late picking it up, the guys are really helpful and went above and beyond, even making sure it was taxed before I left … Thanks Guys 👍
