Great service from Genpower Ltd, and in particular Paul Jones. My JCB chop saw developed a fault after about two years, I submitted a claim under the warranty. After sending photos and a short video, Paul arranged for the saw to be collected, which was done promptly, and the technical team found the fault and repaired it very quickly. The saw was then dispatched and was back with me within a few days. Good comms from Paul throughout the service. Many thanks.

Paul Jones was brilliant. He asked questions and listened to answers before helping to fix our starting problems. He waited on the phone whilst we completed the required steps and then waited to hear the machine start and run.

Superb service from Genpower and Craig in particular when my Hyundai lawnmower arrived without a charger. It was a used one and it was stated that some accessories might be missing but as this was an electric starter model I did feel that the charger was a necessity although I was prepared to find that it wasn’t available. No quibbles from Craig, as soon as I provided the serial number he validated the warranty and ensured the correct charger was sent first clsss post. Highly recommend this service for Hyundai products, the lawnmower is pristine and shows only slight signs of use and was a bargain price with free shipping.

This company that sent out a refurbished unit when I paid for a new item.

Purchased off Ebay.

Item delivered box looked like it had been resealed like a customer return / refurbished.

All parts in the box barring the main unit were not packaged in cellophane.
All items were slightly wet. Even the main unit is wet and been packaged up wet.
I believe they sent me a refurbished or customer return Even the box looks like its been retaped.
I've watched some unlocking videos on you tube and all components are in bags.
Also there's a pack of screws floating round the box.
Also sticker removed from back of the unit.

Called customer service and was rude first 1 cut me off when transferring and second was reading a script...

Great after sales service, Paul Jones was extremely helpful in dealing with my issue. Missing part was issued and sent by overnight courier.

I purchased an item from this company based on the good reviews I read on here, however, my experience was very different. I received a 4 hour delivery slot and altered my work arrangements so that I could remain at home to receive the item. The latest delivery time passed with no update and no item. I rang Genpower for an update only to find their representative dismissive and unhelpful. In an instant they amended the delivery slot to ‘sometime’ over the course of the remainder of the day regardless of my other commitments. I did email the Genpower directly for a response prior to leaving this review but unsurprisingly I haven’t receive a reply. Unless you are available for the entire day, just be mindful that their delivery partner is unreliable.

When my Hyundai chainsaw burned out suddenly on a small job, Genpower service rep Paul quickly reassured me - unexpectedly from my point of view - that the matter could be handled under the three-year guarantee. I thought this may involve a long drawn-out process with a small sweetener to conclude (perhaps 10pc off my NEXT purchase). No - a replacement is on its way! The matter was handled swiftly, in friendly manner, and restored faith in customer service departments! Well done - excellent service.
