Title: Extremely poor support experience despite eventual refund
Review:
My experience with Genpower/Hyundai Power Products was extremely disappointing from start to finish. What should have been a straightforward warranty issue turned into weeks of delays, conflicting information, and long periods of complete silence. I had to repeatedly chase updates across multiple ticket numbers just to get basic communication. There was no proactive support, no urgency, and no ownership of the problem at any stage.
Although the refund was eventually processed, it only happened after persistent follow‑up on my part. The overall handling of the issue fell far below acceptable standards, and I cannot rate the support experience as anything other than poor.
