Purchased a pair of wellies last week. Only worn them twice & right one already leaking! Not impressed!

Bought 2 pairs of muckboots, received them really quickly. Will definitely buy here again.

product not available for more than 1 month. not advised of delay over 1 month until i phoned. chose alternative product but billed £6 too much and had to claim refund. next day delivery promised but not given. all in all pretty rubbish all round.

I was worried about using this company as I had not heard of them before. However the goods I ordered came within 2 days, were of excellent quality and were cheaper than the similar ones I had used before. I would certainly use them again.

The product is excellent and the price was good. My complaint, however, relates to one of the photos on the website which to me gave the impression that the tree was available in either brown or white. In one picture it looks as though the tree branches are white and that's precisely what I wanted. When it arrived the tree and branches were brown. I was aware that the LED lights were white but the photo led me to believe you could also get a tree with white branches. I rang the company and was told the word "white" related purely to the colour of the LEDs although the word "White" appears on the box separate from the details of the white LEDs. I found the conversation with the company very frustrating. I don't think staff should say the phrase, "I can see where you're coming from ..." to a customer as this phrase is usually a pre-curser to "... but you're wrong." In the end I rang off as I felt I was repeating myself and not getting anywhere. We are keeping the tree as it is a lovely product and we'll be spraying the branches white ourselves.

when the tree arrived which was very fast. wife and me opened the box had the tree up and working in just a few minutes . my wife put some tinsel round the tree pluged into the mains that was it. remote makes it easy as we'll on and off plus more. for the price I think it's well worth it. I would defently recommend. thanks very much. ps have a great Xmas

My order was delivered in a matter of days.

I bought a fibre optic xmas tree from Garden XL on the 18th of October and after purchasing it, which was an easy enough process, the site said it would take 2 working days to deliver. The tree did not arrive. I phoned regarding the whereabouts of my tree, to be told there were delays with shipment, owing to adverse weather? I then emailed Garden XL, and through emails going back and froward it was obvious that they had somehow misplaced my order. I was then told it was being dispatched again, on the Friday, so I expected it to be with me by wednesday latest. It didn't come!!!!!!!!!!! I phoned again and I told them this was unacceptable, and that I wanted it delivered immediately, or I would be cancelling my order and demanding a full refund. They said they would do next day delivery at no extra cost, which I think is a bit cheeky considering none of this was my fault. Almost 4 weeks later, my tree did arrive. I feel let down by the service from Garden XL, and I would therefore not use them again, or recommend them to others.

What more can I say. Will defo be using them again. Quality superb and speedy service
