Well made Christmas tree, fullness of branches exeptional. An excellent tree for the price. Delivered in two days and so easy to assemble.

Customer services were good, its a shame that they use yodel for delivery, waited in all day as confirmation said it would be that day, only to find that it did not arrive, turned up 2 days later. Suggest garden xl dump Yodel.Also bbq cover description said heavy duty canvas but it was not it was some sort of plastic. will see how long it lasts, as the original outback cover did not last very long.

i ordered this as a birthday gift I know it late in the year for one but that what my 60 year old daughter wanted I worried it would come in time but sure enough it did ,easy to put together and now is in place in her garden looks great thank you!!!!!

Bought wellies as present . I haven't passed them over yet hopefully my daughter will be as pleased as me with quality and design. Fingers crossed they will fit. Thank uou

Found a lovely Christmas Tree here and exceptional value for money trees of the same
size much more expensive in my local garden centres and I did shop around before ordering this one.

Despite, after confirmation of our order, being warned of a delay in receiving our order as the warehouse needed restocking, in fact the delay was minimal. We were kept well informed regarding the delivery status and the goods arrived in relatively good time. Certainly our experience in dealing with Garden XL has been a positive one so we have no reason not to recommend them to other shoppers.

Custom to have a real Christmas tree for the past 47 years I was reluctant to buy a fake one. But considering the 2013 prices of a 7ft real one I had to act with common sense and start being eco-friendly as well. It took me less than 3 hours to make up my mind. What I like with Garden XL is:

Garden XL in my opinion deserve a pat on the back for their great customer service. I emailed a question about the sizing on a pair of boots. They got back to me so quickly that I was amazed with their speed. I had expected to be waiting at least a couple of days for an answer as has happened with other companies I have dealt with.Good for you guys.I did buy the boots and as promised they were with me just ass quickly. I will be buying from them again no doubt about it.

I had to wait over two months for my delivery, I repeatedly emailed to find out the whereabouts of my delivery but never got an answer.

Thoroughly disappointed.

Having decided to bin my 20 year old Xmas tree I opted for this fibre optic one, it is lovely when lit in the dark, was delivered in 2 days and reasonable price

order recieved within the time fram initially stated and in good order.
