Delighted with goods and the with careful packing,

The Order arrived very quickly but is still in it's box so cannot comment on the product as yet but is well packaged.

I had reservations about ordering from here as the feedback from customers was a little worrying a lot of people were saying that the stock levels were low and having to receive their money back due to items being out of stock so I E,Mailed them with my worries, I received a prompt reply understanding my concern and said that they had problems earlier on but the stock situation is now resolved, I ordered on the tuesday and was delivered as promised on the thursday of the same week. The item is good quality at a fantastic price, well recommended thank you.

I ordered a garden solar spotlight, but received the wrong item. I phoned them up and the correct item arrived first thing the next morning!

Ordered bench on 16th August through the internet & the brass plate with wording on 20th August. Heard nothing so on 3rd October I rang and was told the order hadn't been put through and you would fast track it. On 15th October you rang to say it would be delivered tomorrow. On 16th October I received the brass plate! The address it was meant to be sent to was Chalfont St Peter Buckinghamshire and I am in Exeter Devon. I had to pack up the brass plate and post it to the right place. On 7th Nov I received an email from you to say the bench had been dispatched.I then went in to 'track my order' to find it had actually been dispatched on 15th October!

I order a cover for some of our garden furniture; however, having received nothing after a fortnight, I rang them on a Saturday morning and a very pleasant young woman explained that the item was out of stock and it would be three weeks before it was dispatched. She also apologised as I should have been sent an e-mail to let me know.

I have now received my cover and am very happy with it.

These are really good wellies that have a substantial sole and should therefore last a few winters. They are also actually a good size 8 , unlike some I have tried. The only thing I would suggest to this company is to add actual leg length and width measurements to their information, as they were slightly longer than I had expected and, if my calves weren't so slim, they would have been too tight there. So ladies with calves "beware" !!! But all in all a good quality product, excellent service and speedy delivery. I would buy from again. Thank you Garden XL.
