good item good quick service my only problem was item was sent in a bag and not a box like other I have brought . so as it was sent in a bag when I opened it glitter went every where as it had been bashed around a lot by postal service . this does not happen when a box is used as have 2 of these and others came in a box from different company and no damage . but all in all a good service and would use again .

Great Transaction, and fantastic tree.
Delivery was delayed due to low stock and i wasn't contacted about it.
However, once i rang them and inquired they gave me next day delivery as soon as it was back in stock.

I placed an order online for a table and 4 chairs. I didn't recieve a confirmation email, so the next day I called them about it. Apparently, they were having some sort of system glitch and my order hadn't gone through, but I was reassured not to worry and that as soon as the problem was sorted, my order would come through the system and I would receive an email as confirmation. Over a week later I had still not heard anything, so I called again and was told that most of the orders had now come through the faulty system, but mine still had not! I was then told it would be best if I placed the order again, but this time over the phone. I did this and received an email confirmation straight away and delivery etc happened a few days later! Just over a week after that I received another confirmation email for the order! The first order had finally come through the system, however, the chairs had now run out of stock! I called them and explained that I had already received the order and they cancelled it. I did feel rather relieved that I called them and re-ordered prior to this though!

I was looking for a smaller christmas tree that would give me less trouble to put up and dress and when i saw a four foot tree that had lights built in i decided to try it it arrived pretty quickly and was a doddle to put up and it worked perfectly would buy from this site again.

I ordered a pair of AIgle ISO wellies which arrived very promptly and I was extremely pleased that they were nearly £20 cheaper than other websites. I wore them this weekend and recommended them and you to a friend.
