Excruciating Noise
Replaced the metal swing with a wooden one; this product makes an excruciating noise when swinging. Contacted customer care, received a quick response but still no joy. Looks good, service was good but product not suitable especially for swinging. Not worth the price tag.

AVOID!! Ordered Twilight garden arch but received a different one,contacted customer services for help in replacement of what I ordered to no reply,to make it worse the wrong arch was cracked so bad had to screw it together.I will NEVER use this site again.

The two seats are good but the removable table between the seats is annoying as it keeps moving especially when you put drinks on it. I am going to secure it with screws on one side. Not satisfactory!

Order never arrived
Sadly, I would not recommend this company.
I ordered a wooden arch on 18 April, with delivery scheduled for 2 May. The delivery never arrived. I called on 7 May and was told they were sorry for the delay and rebooked delivery for 13 May. Once again, the delivery did not happen.
I called again on 15 May to find out what was going on. They apologised and offered to rebook the delivery, but by that point I no longer wanted the order. I was advised to request a cancellation by email, which I did.
Later that same day, I was informed that the courier (I was never told which courier company was involved) claimed the item had been delivered to me on 8 May. This was simply not true, so I requested proof of delivery. After a week of chasing the company daily, I still received neither proof of delivery nor a tracking number.
As a result, I had no choice but to contact my bank for assistance. Looking back, I wish I had checked the reviews before placing my order.
