Although not as pleased with the parasol it has a string and pin but we can’t reach the holes without climbing and the join in the middle feels cheap and not as luxury as the table and chairs and very easily cross threaded

Excellent service and very quick delivery. During transit a slat on one of the four chairs was damaged. Within days a replacement slat was posted out. An excellent company to deal with.

Outsunny 5x3 pent roof plastic shed, This item has the worst set of instructions of any item i have ever had to build, it says 2 people 5 hours to build, we took 5 days and its still not built, lost count of the amount of times we had to rebuild it because the instructions were so unclear. We finally got most of the sides done only to find that the part that goes across the top of the front (AW3-5) was double bowed, it was bowed across the length which could be manipulated into place but was also bowed along the sides meaning if you put the left side in then the right one would sit up around 20mm and vice versa making it impossible to attach the roof. i realise i could ask for a replacement but to be honest it has been so stressfull i am not sure i want to continue with it and put myself through more stress, may just take the loss as its very small and very flimsy and not worth the money i paid, seemed like a bargain at £180 but not even worth £80. Think i may pay to have a wooden one built. I should add its the item that is poor quality not Garden Chic, this item is available on many sites and i would not recommend you buy one from any of them. In fact i would be very wary of any Outsunny product in the future.

Great product, not much of a rocker, staff very good, competitive price

The furniture was delivered and is amazing but delivery of furniture left on drive . I inquired if I needed to be there and was informed it would be bought into garden which it wasn’t . We ordered the umbrella also this again was damaged by delivery company and nothing was done for both occasions . Furniture is awesome and well built . I’d give that 5***** all day long. Delivery not so much they just drop it and go and it’s pretty heavy . Wife was unable to do anything till I returned home 5 hours later

Delivery was decent although no tracking until I discovered who was actually doing the delivery, did have a couple of slight dings to a couple of parts but was able to sort myself. Quality of frame itself was reasonable however do have an ill fitting panel which I'll just use silicon to remedy. The window and door hinges and locks, handles are of very poor quality so will likely replace with something more substantial. Overall had been hopeful of a slightly better quality greenhouse for the price...

Delivery was great - very prompt and carefully done. I was able to pick a delivery date which made things so much easier for me. The pergola itself is lovely - good quality and fits really well in our garden. Our garden is fairly small but it will give us that much needed bit of privacy! Looking forward to customising and decorating it ourselves now.
