I ordered two raised beds which I received the next day! I wasn't expecting such a speedy delivery so really pleased. The raised beds were excellent and great value. I will need two more at the end of the season and will certainly go to Gardencentre as my first option.

Easy to order on website and delivery was prompt and on time. Bought 2 seater swing chair . Still to put together but everything needed is there with instructions. Very well packaged so no marks or dints in the metal. Excellent!

Placed order on 1st May (2 weeks ago) 1 week after I received a message telling me thats a company called Charles Taylor will contact me to arrange delivery, that still hasn't happened and I don't have the bench 2 weeks after placing the order. TBH I wouldn't normally leave a review like this but I got a feedback request for this 4 days ago....

Received what I ordered (packet of seeds) on time , well packaged with free delivery.

I was sent the wrong item and I have had countless emails telling me they are looking into it - it's been 11 days since I contacted them and all I get is we are looking into it. The incorrect item I received was a grill plate not a flat plate, to make it worse it was dirty and had cobwebs on it !!!! my experience so far is never to buy anything from this company, they are also part of Robert Dyas !! so not happy with them as well.....
I have now used Paypal to make a claim as it seems they are doing there best not to refund me - the grill they ca have back as its not good and not what I wanted.

12 Apr : Ordered on-line, delivery stated by 24 apr.
Delivery date scheduled for 22 apr but changed late on 21 apr to 23 apr which was not convenient for me so I had to cancel my afternoon appointment as they would not change the delivery date to the 25 apr. On 23 apr the delivery men ran out of legal driving hours so it was not delivered. However I was accused of not being at home in order for them to deliver!
8 may : successful delivery but box badly damaged and held together with sellotape.
MAIN PROBLEM : It was not stated in the details that this composter had to be assembled. As it was costing a lot of money I assumed that it would come fully assembled and ready to use. I will now have to pay someone to put it together for me.
In addition, on two occasions I have made a formal complaint but as yet have received no contact from the company regarding this.

Ordered an Acer tree it arrived a couple of days earlier than stated, only packed in a dented box with some branches snapped, the website description said a maximum eventual height of 2.4 metres, yet the label on the tree said 100cms eventual height, emailed this query with no response, rang them they just quoted the website 2.4 metres, planted the tree and noticed it's grafted, not happy had no success in the past with grafted trees, cost £35 for a 2ft-2.5ft grafted tree which wasn't advertised as grafted, and yet I've purchased other acers for £3-£6 only a foot high and not grafted, and enjoyed watching them grow each year, first and last time of ordering plants online.
