Bought a tea set that was damaged on delivery, spoke to customer service who were brilliant . Had a new one delivered next day first class service well done garden centre highly recommended thanks again. Nice to find a company that puts customers first.

Found this company online having seen the Pergola we wanted in a garden centre shop elsewhere. GC.co.uk were much more competitive on price and the reviews were good. I ordered a bbq which came a day late, on opening the package to assemble I found both cabinet doors badly damaged, I was offered £40 which I did not accept or to return the bbq which was not practical as I ordered it for a family event and would not get a replacement in time, I am disappointed to now find I cannot get new doors and I’m left with a new bbq that looks like it’s done a couple of rounds with Mike Tyson

I received a hydrangea little spooky plant as I opened the box all the soil was dried up and very few leaves which also was dried up and fell off so had to throw it away. Could have been the hot weather but now without a plant

Great price and excellent free delivery

Sent me the wrong product - ordered a polarbox and the image on the website shows a lilac box with yellow writing and a matching yellow strap. Arrived with yellow writing and an awful brown strap. Tried to email customer services but you have to upload pictures, and when I upload a basic photo from my very normal Iphone, it says the picture is too large. So all in all, rubbish experience and now I’ll have to waste my time phoning them to try to return the incorrect product they’ve sent me. Avoid.

Arrived exactly as advised at point of ordering. Item was assembled with ease and everything was there and the chickens love it.
