I have worked for them for over a year. I find that the jobs have become more plentiful. The payments do take approximately 8 weeks to come through but they are paid to my account. I cannot complain about the company at all. They even call me at times to carry out work for them. They increase fees when doing so.

100% a scam!!! Sent me a fraudulent forged check for $3500 with specific instructions to cash it at any bank but the issuing one, then buy gift cards for thousands of dollars with the stolen money and mail the gift cards to them. It seemed legit at first until the letter and check arrived. The letter was written with such broken English it was as if a first grader wrote it. The names did not match from the check to the sender, nor the so called supervisor previously identified. I reported the obvious money laundering, theft, and con to the police along with names, the fake check, and phone numbers from which they were texting. Stay the heck away from this scam. EVERYONE OF THESE CRAPPY PEOPLE SHOULD BE IN PRISON. WORTHLESS SCUM!!!!!

Been working with them over a year now. I have not had all the issues others have had. I took my first Jiffy Audit without any help made my way through easily. My first audit did take me 4 hours but that is because it was all new to me. Now I am able to do most my audits in 2-3 hours. I have never had any issues with reimbursement or payment. Infact,I am doing an audit for them again this Thursday.Heres a tip, I always take extra pictures for each question if it asks for 2 I take 4 just to go above and beyond the minimal requirements. Support is not the greatest while doing these jobs but in all honestly you don't really need it, just do what the app tells you to do and you will do an amazing job. Its really easy.

Use to mystery shop for McDonald's, hair salons and instant loan companies. Got pd all the time. Then KFC AND TACO BELL came on. Haven't heard from them since.
Yrs ago. Didn't know they changed until this yr. No emails or anything. Sad.

I did a mystery visit for them now they won't pay. They're not responding to my email and not responding to my enquiries.

It's almost impossible to speak with them. They don't reply to emails or messages if there's an issue. I did not manage to get my payments and nobody was able to give me an explanation. Simply avoid.

GBW is one the agencies that I've signed up with to do secret shopper a few years ago. They also cause me a lot of hassle by being very late in payment. By the time I've received my payment for my first two jobs, I could have complete a full gestation period. Not before numerous emails to the company and finally found who's the boss online - Mr Salmon Grant on LinkedIn and wrote to him. Received a reply from GBW and problem solved. They may not have ill intention to stall payments but nine months from the jobs completed is too much. The internal processes need auditing. Changing the company's name without transforming the internals will have no effect on the reputation.

I cant advise Evaluators more to stay away from this company. I have been doing work here in South Africa for them for a couple of years. The last time was in January this year. I have not been paid for December's work and when I enquire about it, they told me that I was already been paid. I send proof of my bank statement to Charine Chin to show that it was not true. Sins then I was just ignored, no emails answered. Yesterday evening, when I wanted to access my GBW account somebody must have taken me off their system. I believe it is done so that I cannot enquire to them any further. This is not just a scam, but it is evident that they are defrauding people to do work for them and not paying them. But I can guarantee you that I will not leave it here. I will send New Balance an email and advise them not to use GBW again to do evaluations in South Africa. Guys stay away from this company.

All of my assignments were completed within the time frame and to a high standard. I applied for a couple of shops in between lockdowns in Victoria and upon checking the locations 24 hours later had been locked out of the system. When I queried this, I was asked for my shopper code and received no reply. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and communication from this company and cannot recommend. I have been involved in Mystery Shopping for in excess of 15 years and never had this issue. Do your research, there are many reputable companies that are professionally run.

I did 2 buy, bake, and try shops for them. They reduced the pay and paid 3 months later.

They kept calling me to do a Jiffy Lube shop for them. They said it takes 2 hours. But it took 5 hours to take the pics and another 5 hours at home to enter it. All for only $50.

They kept pestering by calling me during a mystery shop for another company. I kept rejecting the call and they would call back. They called the next day and offered $75 for each of the other Jiffy Lubes in town. I said I would do it and they backtracked to $70 & $75 after I agreed to the $75 & $75. They then proceeded to harrass me with calls, texts, and emails waking me at midnight and 8 AM to offer me Ames & Marshalltown for $85. I told them in all caps NO six times. They were 90 & 130 miles round trip. Then they harassed me 22 times by phone, text, and emails at all hours. I told them I would do the Des Moines stores. But they texted at Midnight 2 nights in a row for confirmation. They then called in the mornings. They called at noon. There was no need for 6 confirmations. I drove over there and started the shop. They again called while I was there. I told them I was there and hung up on them. They canceled the shop on me. I told them I was leaving the store. They then said it had to be done today and would I do it for a big bonus. I already wasted a 22-mile drive there and back. Since they pestered and harrassed me so much. I told them to cancel the other shop for tomorrow. Do not do any shops for these annoying people unless you want them to bug you to death.

Avoid! Avoid!! avoid!!!
They don't deserve any star at all. They still haven't paid me since August.

Realize' tareas con éxito en julio para auditoría Apple en Málaga, aún no he recibido el pago pero a la hora de ingresar en mi usuario me es imposible, me salta una nota que mi usuario no existe y que me ponga en contacto. He escrito miles de mail, hasta he contactado con el general manager en España a través de Linkedin pero nadie me contesta. Me parece absurdo. Se ha cancelado mi usuario para no pagar?

Definitely a scam. They had me cash in a counterfeit money order for 3800 dollars (without realizing it was counterfeit)and the task was to review and purchase 4 gift cards at 2 different Wal-Mart's and they had me fill out a resume when I applied for it just like any other job would. I completed all the assignments and sent in all the gift cards I was told to purchase to the number I was given. 3 days later after the money order was already cashed in my bank account, it turned out to be counterfeit and the check bounced back leaving my account negative including all the purchases I made for it.

Total scam. Even good reviews are scam. People calling and texting, scam scam scam. This sucks you guys ( gwb) targeting poor people. whatever!

Worked really hard for this company over past couple of years doing The Lott and Shell audits for them, and would take rec leave from my normal job to complete these assignments in a timely, professional manner. The Lott assignments were suspended due to COVID-19 and I was emailed and asked if I was still interested in doing these when they started again to which I replied yes. I received a response back saying thank you and will we be in touch as soon as they recommence. I have now found out that they have recommenced but the assignments have been given to someone else and I was not contacted at all. Feel as though I have been used over the past 3 years 😢

Been joining GBW since about 5 years ago, initially was able to conduct assignment like Apple, GSC, Guardian, Shell, Petronas... But recently just left shell & gsc... after march there are no more assignment left, tried to call hotline but no one pick up the phone.

anyway, thanks for prompt payment of march assignment during may.

Hopefully GBW are working fine, appreciate if the company could inform us if decided to shut down malaysia branch. Then at least we could say good bye with the KODO apps that been accompany us for quite some times... hehe

I already recive the payment. I did assignment in March. Then GAPbuster Paid it in May. Thanks for your support.

I just got my first assignment as a mystery shopper and I don’t know whether to believe them for it to become a scam.

Suggestion for improvement
-Please Actually pay your evaluator
-Don't suspend your evaluator's account just because you can't transfer money over.
-Scrap your system and build a new one because I entered the right bank account number and details and it still didn't go thru
