Furniture Village - Orpington Bewertungen 

I wrote a review about Furniture Village in April after they delivered a faulty Settee. Next Chapter:

Furniture Village has refused to give me my Money back, even though under Consumer Act 2015 if goods are faulty and I ask for a refund within 30 days, I am entitled to a full refund. Wonder why the Settee is still with me 5 Months later.

Furniture Village are insistent that there terms and conditions say they are entitled to send out a Engineer then give me Options, even though I told them straight away.

Bexley Citizens advice line has also confirmed that is the Law not there T&C's. I have been told Furniture Village has acted criminally in not giving me a Refund and Trading Standards has been made aware, even sent FV the Consumer Act and atill they dont adhere to the Law, at least Trading Standards are going to speak to them I believe.

I have also done a Section 75 claeback with my Credit Card Company, this yakes time and I just want the Settee collected and my Money back, not hard if you are in the right.

If this goes on much longer I shall resort to Legal redress for the stress of Months of backwards and forward and storing their Settee.

Please dont be fooled by FV reviews if you look everything seems to be about their,delivery Driver and how amazing they are, mine certainly was not making sure did not see the fault until they had gone. Never seen so many reviews about the Driver and delivery but nothing about the quality of their items.

Their advert says great Family Business aure it is with their illegal T&C's ignoring your lawful rights.

I can only ask people not to buy from FV then the Family can retire to Spain with all the other Criminals. Can only hope FV goes into liquidation and the wonderful family get their come upoance. Just sray away their are better places than FV!!

The showroom was set out well and we fell in love with a sofa at the front, Barbara introduced herself and said she was here if we needed her, we ask if we could have a look round on our own with no pressure! Barbara was kind enough to allow us to look round on our own and we still loved the sofa at the front, Barbara made us a coffee and answered all the questions we had, we then purchased the lovely sofa. Thank you Barbara for making buying our sofa such a pleasure, with NO PRESSURE. We will be back soon to look at more items. Thanks again :)

Really helpful service from Dan who showed me examples of all the sofa colours and kept my child occupied with a cookie and hot chocolate whilst I made my decision!

We had a great experience! Found the sofa for our new home. Rob from Springvale Retail Park was very welcoming and informative.

After receiving an email from the depot the day before delivery stating date and time item was out for delivery on the day received a phone call (at 7am) that the driver was outside the property but getting no answer. I rang the depot back and after some checking at their end was told the item wasn't even on the van and it was an error at the depot with there loading sheet/schedule. However the Item was eventually delivered 2 days later, promptly on the date/time given and the 2 delivery persons who assembled the item were extremely personable and professional.

Very happy customer felt at ease , assisted had time and patience while I made my mind up, and was extremely polite.

Dan was our sales consultant he was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly he made the whole experience pleasant.

The service we received was great. The staff member was welcoming and informative. However I was disappointed when told it would be 5 weeks for delivery.

We purchased a sofa suite from Furniture Village in Orpington today and had an amazing experience. We were served by Dan, who was incredibly knowledgeable and really took care of us. What we appreciated most was that he was not pushy at all, even when we mentioned wanting to look at other stores first. They went above and beyond by throwing in some free items, offering us coffee while we browsed, and even giving us freshly baked cookies as we left. Exceptional customer service from Dan—thank you!

We made an impromptu visit to the store in Orpington to look for a sofa. The staff gave us all the time we needed to browse and when needed, Rob was more than happy to sit down with us and discuss options like materials and colours. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
