The service we received from sale staff Michael, was excellent.
Michael was very helpful with our chose of material for the dining chairs.

I was really impressed with the professionalism and kindness shown towards myself and my elderly mother. Given her age she finds making decisions quickly very difficult and she was given the time and space to think about her purchase without being pressured. Thank you!

We were looking to buy 2 recliner armchairs, Leigh was our very helpful sales consultant. He showed us all the options available in store and when we had selected a product we liked he helped us decide on the colour and type of upholstery. We were offered tea or coffee during our visit and made to feel very comfortable. We are very happy with our selection and the price so thank you to Leigh for your help.

This Orpington store have been so helpful and patient with us helping us buying sofas. We have been in and out looking for over 3yrs!each visit they have tried to help but we found sofa we liked but not fabric but really didn't want leather. Finally we got there thanks to Barbara and the manager. We are enormously relieved and grateful for all their help and support over the years.
We have also looked in other furniture village.. Independent stores but no-ones service comes close to Orpington

My experience at your Sevenoaks, Orpington store was more than just a shopping to buy house furniture. Sale consultant Barbara and her colleague Danny were so welcoming, friendly, and more importantly professional. Even though Barbara's shift duty time was over, she went above to and beyond to complete my transaction as well to meet my satisfaction. Dan the sales assistant was superb! We walked in the store and found a settee we really liked within minutes and Dan explained all the Woking parts, colours, material etc and within minutes it was deal done!! Great service thanks Dan!
