Don’t bother buying from them their sofas are rubbish and when they ask you to send eveidnce in won’t respond because they know their service is crap just like their sofas.

The person who installed the sofa in my front room did a good job . He was professional and explained the construction and added some use care information . He listened to my concerns about my wooden floors and adapted accordingly.

The second person who was with him will well advised to let the first person do the inside construction and explanations as there is a noticeable difference in their communication skills .

Worst company and customer service experience I’ve ever had.

We ordered a mattress that was due to be delivered within 3 weeks, and delivery was scheduled. On the day it was supposed to arrive, we were suddenly informed that the mattress was “missing” and they were unable to locate it.

Two weeks went by with absolutely no updates. I had to call them myself, only to find out that they still hadn’t located the mattress and would need to reorder it — meaning another 28-day wait.

The most frustrating part is that not a single person contacted us during this entire process. We were left completely in the dark and only found out what was happening because I chased them for an update. Expecting customers to wait another month after such poor communication is unacceptable.

We cancelled the order because we completely lost trust in them, and to make matters worse, it has now been 3 weeks and we still haven’t received our refund.

Extremely disappointing, especially from a company like Furniture Village.

We bought a king size bed from FV Enfield. Arafat was very attentive, listened carefully to our requirements and suggested some excellent options. It felt very personalised and he really invested time in helping us decide. We have bought from this store before and have always been very satisfied with the service. Thank you, Arafat!

We ordered on 22nd March.
On 8th April we received an email saying there was a delay until the beginning of May. No contact from the branch.
On 28th May another email to say further delay till end of May. Still no phone call or apology from Enfield branch.
On 3rd June I emailed to make an official complaint.
Later that day received a phone call to book a delivery.
I complained again and was told she would get someone to call me.
The bed was finally delivery on 6th June.
The headboard was damaged.
The delivery driver were excellent however in the whole process.
Ive waited before completing this review in anticipation of someone actually phoning me to apologise and offer some form of good will gesture for the awful service but still nothing
