I came and as soon as I arrived an employee called Asif ferdous came to us and offered us coffee and water. He helped us get great furniture and a great discount, much appreciated with the help.

Arafat was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Great experience and I will definitely recommend him and this store to others.

Alfred and Sein were attentive and delivered and assembled our goods at pace, whilst Raheem recommended the products on shop floor and went above and beyond in his customer care and service. We are happy with their service!

Having had a brand new suite delivered the first week of January 2026 we were so disappointed that one of the recliner chairs broke literally three months later. Reporting this to customer service was a complete joke. However we eventually had someone call round to our house to take a look at the defective chair only to be told that a new part had to be ordered for the motorised part of the recliner and that when it arrived, he would go come back to our home and dismantle the chair to put the part in and then would sit on the floor and sew back all the leather from the side of the chair that would have to be removed. That was in April. We chased and chased customer service and eventually yesterday (18/05/26) we were sent an email saying the part had been ordered and would be with them on 27th July and then they would arrange for the repair to be done at our home. This is totally unacceptable. The time this is taking, their route for correcting this issue and the attitude displayed by both customer service and the original shop’s manager, who we went back to yesterday to ask for help, is tantamount to a joke. This chair has been broken now for longer than it worked. We understand that sometimes these things happen but no one is actually bothered by unhappy customers. Once they have your money, this do called family owned business are just as bad, if not worse, than the big stores who hide behind anonymity.
Will never buy from Furniture Village again.

The best customer service I have come across in a long time. Our sales advisor, Raheem Khan, was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire experience. He took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and gave us honest, helpful advice without ever making us feel pressured. It was clear that he really knows his products and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. To top it all off, he kindly included a free rug, which was such a thoughtful gesture and something you rarely come across nowadays. We left very happy with both the service and our purchase, and would highly recommend asking for Raheem if you visit.
