Went to the Enfield Branch today Leigh was extremely helpful especially as I was restricted in size found the sofas which fits perfectly would recommend this branch very helpful but not pushy

Excellent customer service, the sales representative who looked after us was professional, knew his product, and allowed us to view several pieces without following us is around, he gave us tome and space. I hate it when I'm being followed in a shop. He was excellent and we would like that to be passed on to him.

Amazing service from start to finish! The sales assistant, manager, and delivery team were all professional, friendly, and well-organised. The entire process was smooth, and the product was delivered even earlier than expected. Highly recommend!

Staff was very helpful, and I'm very pleased with the items I bought. The only negative point was the delivery. Nothing to do with the delivery team, they were great, but the mattress was delivered with a mark that from rubbing on something during transport. While I don't thing it will affect the normal functionality, it should not happen, specially on an item of this price

We had a great experience with furniture village ,the choice was good and the sizing perfect.The leather is good quality and the colour is perfect,delivery was great and the guys put the recliners together and cleared all of the boxes away and took them with them .Our other leather sofa’s,also from furniture village ,have lasted almost 20 years and we hope that these ones do too.

We were served by Asif, who was great and well focussed on understanding our needs and making good suggestions. He also tried to give us the best deal and knew the products well. We enjoyed meeting him and our experience in the store and are quite happy with our purchase of the sofa and dining table. We would recommend the store and Asif.

we went there on 2x consecutive days to check out mattresses and bed frames. on day 1 our queries were answered patiently by the customer service agent in the beds section we returned on the following day having made our decision to make a purchase . LEIGH TAYLOR was very helpful, she was very patient , gave us a lot of information and advise re: the mattress we chose.

Happy with the furniture we bought. We researched before visiting the store so we knew what we wanted. Salesman was good, very supportive and enthusiastic in the support.

The only room for improvement id point out is the sales pitch. While we appreciate his position it was very long winded and time consuming. It felt like charades rather than listening to our needs and executing.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
The staff and the sales manager are not honest especially Mr Khan.
Scammers, will explain something and charge maximum but will deliver something totally different, smaller but still will charge you more and when you complaint will respond that you signed the happy customer sheet and you agreed, which is not true.
Very poor customer service and the staff lie ones you paid.
Horrible service please check properly what you pay for and what you sign for, very bad sales people .
They will not listen to the customer and will speak fast and over you when placing the order.
Will make you believe that you are in good hands until you pay then they will not care of what you received or what was delivered to you.
Please when you sign anything check if you signed for a number of the seats and the units also check prices many times as they keep lying all the time.
Very bad experience with them and no one helps when you complaint .
If you buy from them be prepared for the worse after that .
They not taking complaint seriously!
