We ordered a Claverton Wine rack..
We ordered a Claverton Wine rack... ordering, delivery and all correspondence was brilliant, however the actual item is not quite to our expectation as the stain that is used has made a long run on the top of the unit and therefore has spoilt the look of this piece of furniture

Furniture Barn very helpful discussing…
Furniture Barn very helpful discussing other items I could order to match the table and went out of their way to assist. My only comment is the courier/delivery service weren't so efficient, confusion with when the order was coming as they texted me but had phoned our home number and spoke with my husband and messages conflicted with what my husband had discussed. When delivered although they did unpack and remove boxes, but they did not assemble and came in on a wet day with their shoes on (but that's me being picky)

Winchester Oak Display Cabinet - Don't Expect Good Quality!
I agree completely with with Karen Emmott's review, please dont think you will be getting good quality ordering from Furniture Barn.
I actually ordered my Winchester Oak Display Cabinet back in January, and have been meaning to leave a review of my disappointment since.
These items are obviously mass produced cheaply in Vietnam. I was shocked to see Vietnam labels on the back when it arrived. There is a crack in one of the doors, which dont line up, and the bottom ones don't even close properly - shocking quality control. The materials are thin, so despite looking sturdy, it is very flimsy. I hate to look at it I'm that disappointed with it.
I didn't have a problem with delivery though like some reviewers.

Dreadful experience!
I haven't received the shelf unit yet but am astonished by what is tantamount to harassment from the delivery call centre. 7.15am the house was awoken to the call to say it will be delivered early tomorrow morning. All fine there apart from the rudeness of the hour. 11.30 am, another call and the purpose of that call, unknown, other than for the call operative to have a rant, it was a repeat of the earlier call, when I pointed that out, I was met with incredible attitude of a nasty and argumentative nature. I explained politely that there was no need to harass me with calls and that arrangements had already been made earlier this morning. The call operative became rather screechy, had a little rant at me, unwarranted by the way, forcefully repeating information we already both knew and when I said to her that this behaviour was not acceptable, she had another rant, to which I say, you're not listening are you? Her response. She slammed the phone down on me. I was not aware I would be dealing with child like, spoilt brat, behaviour when I placed an order with you and for that reason alone. I will never order from you again. Which is a genuine shame because you had other things I had my eye on but refuse! Point blank! To subject myself to these levels of rude, unacceptable and most definitely, unprofessional behaviour, ever again. I have been regularly making online purchases, large and small, for 10 years now and have never had to deal with such a ridiculous palaver as this over what should be a simple, straightforward delivery. I'm extremely vexed by such behaviour and have zero understanding as to why they have chosen to act in such an awful manner. I did call you to discuss this in private but your lines are too busy for you to be available.

Ordered from Furniture Barn - very pleased with my oak furniture, my only negative is that there are not many stores left where you can actually go and feel the quality of the furniture! I have ordered from their Grantham store in the past where you can see many items on display but sadly this store is no longer there!

Delivery Cancelled!!!!
My order was due to be delivered on 11th January , I took a day off work , only to find out my delivery had been cancelled !! , furniture barn had given the delivery company a wrong telephone number for me , it was another customers number , and this customer had cancelled their order not me , my wardrobes and table were redelivered , but unacceptable service I wasted a days holiday from work , then had to take another day off for the redelivered furniture , no I wouldn't recommend them .

Lovely table but...
Lovely table. Would have given 5 stars but the catch on one of the leaves does not work properly so table does not join tightly. Will contact Furniture Barn after Boxing Day regarding this.
