Delivery as quoted ( about 9weeks ) item as described but not to the same finish as previous purchases, but not side by side so not noticeable.

Despite a lengthy wait for the Item, ( which had been indicated at the time of purchase) it was as described and a good finish.
The Customer Service was friendly and efficient.

Our furniture took nearly 5 month to arrive. We were given various delivery dates. When they said they would call back no-one did until I started to make a fuss.
However the delivery drivers were brilliant and kept us informed about our delivery time.
We have used Furniture Barn before with no problems but wouldn't use them again.

although i had problems when my wardrobe was delivered and assembled and i wasnt happy but customer service got back to me and have given me a date for a replacment wardrobe on march the 4th if this all goes well i will be satisfied with the service and will be happy to let trust pilot know

Great products at a fantastic price and the company was good with their communication keeping you updated on when you will receive your items. The delivery day was also very smooth and Covid compliant. Can only rate this company as I see it from my experience that’s why I gave them top marks.

Bought the Winchester unit it was damaged beyond repair had to wait a week for an engineer yes during covid?? Then wait 3 days for his report to get to them when I recived mine via email 2 hours after now have to wait 2 weeks to get a refund when what they actually mean is wait 2 weeks to arrange collection before they even process my funds back to me then to mention I have to find and replace this unit 2 weeks before Christmas its a shambles the quality of this furniture is shocking and so it the company

Furniture is wonderful but drill hole where it shouldn't be and no wax on legs they want to send someone to my house to fix it but there is a pandemic on you know il fix it myself and grin and bear it

Easy ordering and delivery. Our new TV cabinet is lovely. If it had been delivered a bit sooner than 2 weeks I would have given 5 stars

I thought the sideboard was going to be unwrapped when delivered, my wife had to remove part of the packing to check it was oak
