If you are looking for furniture in Myrtle Beach, The Furniture Barn is the place to go! We needed several new pieces and needed quality furniture at an affordable price that didn't look cheap. The Furniture Barn was friendly and very accommodating to our budget. Their selection onsite was good and we even had ours delivered and setup for an extremely fair price! The Furniture Barn in Myrtle Beach is the place for friendly service, affordable prices on any budget and we will definitely go back for further needs. from good to not so...
Having originally reviewed a 5 star for the first sofa I purchased from Grantham Furniture Barn, I have reduced this to a three on my second sofa. Everything was in order after purchasing it from Grantham FB however I was rather disconcerted to find out quite by accident that the store had closed. I contacted the head office to be told it would arrive via the Doncaster store. I ordered the sofa on July 12th, it arrived on the 28th November. This after three calls to the store, the last call being told I had “ slipped through the net” ! Making a Christmas delivery doubtful. I then got a text message from a company that was being used as an extra to ease deliveries. Apart from them changing the delivery time with 30 minutes notice all went well. Customer Service could be improved, particularly in a situation where a store has closed down when people have paid half the balance on their orders. Sheer curtesy I would have thought.

Please allow me to apologise as you mentioned you wasn’t pleased with the service you received, your feedback is much appreciated & very important to us.
On reflection of your comments we do understand with a store closure there can be a breakdown of communication between us here at head office & our customers, as we no longer have the sales team to help with orders.
During company changes we do try to minimalize the effects to our customers.
Unfortunately for this time period it meant we was playing catch up with our outstanding orders from the Doncaster store which where yet to be delivered,
I am very sorry to hear you felt the effects of our changes.

Two satisfied customers.
Following the purchase of a leather recliner chair in August 2016, my husband decided to have one himself. Saw a very helpful sales person in the Doncaster store a few months ago and we were assured we could order the same one. This arrived on Monday this week and is of course an excellent match. The two young men who delivered it were very courteous and helpful and made sure it was built up and positioned correctly, likewise the other two delivery men in 2016. We are extremely pleased with all Furniture Barn employees both in the store on the phone and the delivery drivers. Can certainly recommend Furniture Barn! Great service
We ordered a show room sideboard and 3 piece suite.
There was a bit of a mix up with phone call informing us of delivery of the suite as a message was left on answerphone which was meant for another person. I phoned the office and they arranged delivery to our address without any problem.
The delivery men were efficient and turned up at the specified time and stayed while made sure all the legs were with the suite and showed us how to fit them. They also disposed of the plastic covering.
The suite is beautiful and ideal for our home.
We were contacted quickly to have the sideboard we had seen in the showroom which we are very happy with.

Everything arrived on time
Everything arrived on time, nothing was damaged. The furniture is fantastic quality. The delivery service was excellent, the men removed their shoes on entering my house and built up the wardrobes for me, something that I wasn't expecting, when they left they took all cardboard and packaging with them. All in all it was first class service.

Outstanding service
Outstanding service, very good value, excellent quality, delivery time extremely reasonable, I had a bad experience with homes 365 so turned to these guys to help and they’ve exceeded my expectations! The delivery men came and built the furniture up in no time and cleaned everything up, no probs finding my address and the staff kept in communication with me all throughout. Very happy.
