I was amazed at the prompt delivery. I made two separate orders and both orders were delivered within two days. The price of the goods were pleasantly much cheaper than I could buy in the high street in my area. As a semi-professional photographer I will make Fotosense my first point of shopping for anymore photographic equipment.........EXCELLENT

Ordered a Panasonic DMC FT1 for my holidays, and ast waiting patiently.I received a call 3 days later to tell me that they were out of stock. As they could not deliver the goods before I left, I asked them to cancell the order, and this was apparently no problem and they were very sorry.
Only the day after I cancelled the order did I notice that they had taken payment for the goods on the day I placed the order, and now have had to threated with trading standards & watchdog etc to try and get my money back.

Don't waste your time buying from this company if your in any hurry! items are not shipped in the 2-5 days as stated on the website, I have been waiting 2 weeks and still nothing, contacted company and they just say sorry for the delay.... go elsewhere I know I will be from now on.

I've been purchasing photographic equipment from the high street and online for the last 6 years and this is the third time i've purchased from fotosense. They are without doubt the best online company i've come accross offering very low prices, and friendly customer service. They have supplied all my orders within 3 or 4 days and have always given sound advice and good after sales help. Fotosense will always be the first company i buy from.

Ordered goods online and chose the 2-5 working day delivery option. My money was debited straight away so I assumed all was well. After 7 days I contacted Fotosense to see where my order was. I was told it would be sent within 2 working days and 'sorry for the delay'. OK, these things happen I thought. However, another 3 working days later I still had not recieved my goods! I subsequently emailed an order cancellation and asked for a refund. Got a reply saying they had now posted the item! Looks like I'll have to use 'distance selling' regs to cancel the order and get my money back. If I had been told they could not / would not despatch promptly I would have gone elsewhere. Stating the order would be despatched within 2-5 working days is completely missleading. They will certainly not be getting an order for the new DSLR I was going to buy!

Ordered a little order of a Interfit STR114 a week ago and still not delivered. phoned fotosence this afternoon to be told every excuse under the sun and will just have to wait. If you need something in a hurry your better off using warehouse express as they have quicker delivery and better customer services

I wanted to write this review as the bad reviews camera box have gotten nearly put me off using them, until my colleague she pointed out that 98% of people instantly forget good service, but those who get bad service always remember (and therefore complain a lot).

I am very impressed with the service provided by Foto Sense. I ordered a Panasonic G1 Twin Lens Kit at a special price of £649 at 2.45pm on a Monday for next day delivery knowing I had miss there cut off point, I was very surprised when this arrived the following morning! Amazing! I can fully recommend this retailer and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

It's sites like this that give purchasing online a bad name.

Even though they mention "In stock" on their website this would appear to have no relevance.

After a few days when I order 2 items (in stock) and still hadn't received a shipping confirmation I rang them up only to be told that one of the items was out of stock and would be due in a few days.

The following week I rang up and was told that the the item was now back in stock but the other item was now out of stock. When I pushed for an explaination the item then "suddenly" came back in stock and my order would be posted on the very same day and that I would receive the shipping tracking number via email.

The next day, still no sign of the shipping number, rang them up, they confirmed that it was send in the previous days post and that there was a problem with the system which sends the emails with the shipping numbers and that they would send me the shipping number by the next day.

3rd day after the supposidly shipping of my order I rang them up. This time I didn't bother asking about the shipping number, I just asked about the status of the order.........the person said "oh that's ready to send today".......I guess they weren't able to keep up with all the "mis-truths" that they had been giving me......

Based on other reviews I've read on the web, this would appear to be common practice by this company and in some cases can go on for many weeks. Needless to say, I cancelled my order there and then. Agent was so in different that they didn't ask why (although I expect they could guess as it must happen a lot).

Worse of all, which is extremely bad practice from an online retailer is that the day of ordering they immediately charged my credit card. The more reputable suppliers will only do this upon shipping.

NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY

I rang up a week ago and asked for advice on a camera TZ7, they helped me though the advantages of that above the TZ6, and i eventually decided to order with them and they were very helpful and helped me though the payment methods, then my order arrived 2 days later. I would recommend this company to anyone who is new or experienced in digital cameras!

I've tried many places before, nothing could compare to fotsense, the low prices shocked me, and delivery was everything i could expect. Fast, easy, cheap, helpful, friendly. Everything was excellent. I would definately reccommend to a friend.

free fast delivery and i was given a very good price. Absolutely nothing to complain about. Very easy, compared to other camera shops that i've tried.
I will, no doubt about it, come back again.

Ive come here after a friend of mine reccomended it to me, I recently invested in a new lighting kit, I was so impressed with the price that I also bought a new camera from here too, with an unbeatable bundle price. I got treated with respect and staff were very friendly. My goods were delivered next day, and i only paid for standard service. Brilliant, i will certainly be coming back, strongly recccommend.

I spent around £450 at Fotosense, and the order came nice and quickly which I was pleased with. Then I opened the box. One of the items was damaged, which was not their fault - they were just the seller, and without inspecting every part in the box, they cannot have been expected to know. I telephoned the next day, and they told me they would send the replacement part out the same day, and then I could return the faulty one. Excellent, up until this point!

It was several days before the replacement came, and it wasn't sent out the same day at all. When it came, they'd sent the wrong part to me, despite extensive description of the item in question during my initial call.

I then phoned again, and they told me they would not send the correct part until I had returned the damaged part and the part they had sent to me incorrectly! At MY expense!

I then did this, and although they confirmed they received it, it was then around 10 DAYS until they sent out the replacement, and even that was only because I chased them for about the fifth time and demanded it be sent out on next day delivery.

Utterly unimpressed, and severely regret spending hard-earned money with this company. I'd been saving for a year to purchase this equipment, and it was a MONTH from start to finish to get a damaged item replaced. Complete joke of a company, and I will never order anything from there again.

Quite how What Digital Camera can give it a good service award, God only knows. One can only presume they have never shopped there.

Ordered promising next day delivery, order took a week, incomplete and still waiting. They even used another company and told me to contact them to chase delivery. I have asked for a refund that was 3 weeks ago...still waiting!!!!
I am only giving 1 star due to price but I can get it cheaper now.
I will be on the phone once again tomorrow, i have already emailed 20+ times and telephoned 10+. I am sick and tired of all the lies this company spouts.

DO NOT USE!! TRUST ME...IT HURTS.

Having ordered 3 items to be delivered the next working day before 12pm (at the additional price),only one arrived with a note inside saying the other items were 'to follow'.
All items were said to be in stock at the time of order and when i logged in and checked the the order status it stated 'order complete' which it clearly was not.
Why should a coustomer pay an additional cost for next day delivery when items don't arrive NEXT DAY?.Without reason.I've now recieved another email stating my order has now been dispatched (again) with 24 hr delivery service (I take it this email is with regards to the missing items).Oh,and that the order is again 'complete'.Which part is complete?.Which item/s have they sent?.No item number on the email etc.I give 2 stars because the items i ordered were priced lower than any other site i'd visited.
Service,however,was poor.

I ordered a Manfrotto 523PROi which arrived on time. I decided to order via phone rather than using the online store, because I wanted to ensure that there are humans at the customer service end. The website is well designed and for customer account, it kept me informed of the status. I got the email yesterday that the unit has been dispatched via Royal Mail, and I received the package this morning. It has been a good experience and I will certainly buy again from ftoSENSE.

Quick and easy, my camera was packaged and delivered fast and safe. Spot on.

The camera Lumix FT1 what I ordered on Wednesday has arrived next day before 9AM with free delivery and the best price on market. Customer service was helpful, they promised me camera will be to Friday and they have kept this promise. I can recommend this company with pleasure.
