Flo sports was a great service ..
My husband and I have been subscribed to FloSports for many years watching our grandson play hockey in yarmouth. We live in Newfoundland. Our experience had always been a pleasant one. FloSports were there to resolve any issue we had while using their service. Very easy to communicate with and you always receive a reply within a hour, max. It’s a great service so happy we were able to watch all the games. Absolutely no complaints with the service FloSports provided Would definitely recommend
Our service was recently renewed the other day … I forgot the cancel. I sent an email to FloSports same day charge went thru on visa and within 10 mins they replied that credit had been issued. Doesn’t get much easier than that. Thank you Flo Sports

Flosports is a great app to use
Flosports is a great app to use. There are a lot of sports on the app and if you don't have time to watch when it airs you can go back and watch the highlights or the entire event at your convenience. Another thing is that Flo is also a lot cheaper than other racing apps. I would highly recommend if you like sports. Review it for yourself, try it out I'm sure you won't be disappointed. And if you ever have any concerns or questions the customer service is awesome to dels with. They respond quickly and help you any way they can to resolve any issues you might have.

wish more than one company offered a place to watch Hockey
I signed up for the special from the Admirals at the end of last season and when the email came about the renewal date coming up they don't have it on my record, I wis there was somewhere else to watch the games the time between periods is horrible. It should be player interviews or something instead it's listening to the filming crew talk in the background. They also have streaming problems quit often and usually in the last few minutes of a game. Nothing about this streaming service says professional.

Some broadcasts include interviews, analysis, and other features, while others may remain with the arena feed until play resumes. We understand how additional intermission content can make for a much better viewing experience and appreciate the suggestion.

Game Delayed ... Broadcast Ended 45 Minutes Before Game Ended
Seton Hill vs University of the District of Columbia on 09/02/2026.
I signed up for 1 month subscription so I could watch one soccer game (my son's game). The game was originally scheduled for 2:00pm Eastern start, however, there was weather delays and the game did not start until 4:00pm Eastern. The first half was played, however, at the 58:38 minute mark of the broadcast, still at halftime, the broadcast stopped and never continued. Flosports.tv needs to make adjustments for delays like this so the consumer can watch and enjoy the product they are paying for. I was so disappointed. This needs to be fixed.

Have subscribed to Flo (first through Trackwrestling) for maybe at least 5 years and have my followed my younger grandson with out-of-state and sometimes in-state tournaments. When the sponsoring organizations stream them, they are always very well done and easy to follow. Now my older grandson will be playing college baseball out of state and I will no longer be able to watch in person. That is why I am so delighted that my subscription covers the baseball as well as the wrestling. So thank you very much for the job that you do and for what I consider a very reasonable subscription price.

After purchasing a month's subscription to watch our granddaughter play volleyball I contacted FloSports to inform them that the announcer had an echo that was very annoying. They contacted me back via email and the next day the issue was taken care of. I appreciate their quick response.

Renewal glitch fixed instantly
My iTunes renewal caused my app to think I didn’t have a subscription. Logging in/out and restarting did not resolve the issue. I submitted an email request for assistance with admittedly little hope it would get resolved in time for me to watch the remainder of the Vuelta. I could not have been more wrong! Response was near instant as was the issue resolution and I was watching again within minutes. All the stars. I will be a customer for life!

Refund of Mistaken Membership
I had purchased a membership package to view soccer games played by my grandson who has been granted a sporting scholarship at Fresno Pacific University. As I live in Australia, this was the only viable way of doing so. After completing the process, I then mistakenly believed that Australia fell outside the range of places the streaming service covered. I immediately cancelled that membership, literally within 30 minutes of taking it out, only to find that the cancellation would take effect at the end of the purchase period, namely 12 months hence. I then texted Flosports.tv customer service asking for a refund of my payment now. Monica responded within 24 hours advising that she had processed my request. A check of my bank details confirmed that the money had indeed been refunded.
As it transpired, I subsequently discovered that a telecast of these games could be accessed in Australia. As a result, I rejoined and watched him in action yesterday morning our time.
I cannot speak too highly of Monica and her courtesy and professionalism.

I Appreciated the Quick Reply; However . . .
I received a very quick, same day response regarding the issue I reported (the audio and video not being in sync for a Diamond League meet I was watching). I was very pleased— and somewhat shocked — to hear back so soon.
That said, I am presently watching another Diamond League meet (Zürich), and the issue is occurring during this broadcast, as well. The email response I initially received said the issue was with the venue, but that does not appear to be the case.
