Technical issues OMG!!!!
First off, I would like to thank Brady for his speedy (unexpected really) response to my emails... being the wknd I only anticipated hearing from the site during the upcoming week but was pleasantly surprised (shocked really to discover an email so quickly) within a couple of hours! For that HUGE KUDOS TYVM! The GOOD, that is this above, the BAD, the fact that I can have up to 12? devices in one location streaming the games but am limited to ONE??? location, the UGLY, the ongoing technical issues that keep plaguing each game so far (I really was getting frustrated especially throughout the last 4 games I watched of the Sicamous Eagles)... the issues are so UGLY that I've been lucky IF I have been able to watch even up to 1/2 a full game throughout these last games.... if it's not video issues then it's audio!!! Home and away did not change these issues and this is pathetically sad to be subjected to all this.... I get it, 'things happen' but to be a constant in game after game this is not acceptable.... I keep getting promises of better service but so far this has fallen flat! Let's get this taken care of before their next game TYVM! I didn't purchase the subscription to watch any of the other games, I purchased it solely to be able to watch my grandson play from 2 provinces away! I will update this feedback if and when the actions require it...

We understand the frustration around being able to stream on multiple devices at home but being limited when family members are in different locations. More flexible viewing options are something our team is working on, and we hope to have more to share in the future.
Being two provinces away and relying on FloHockey to watch your grandson play makes those games especially important. Our streaming team actively monitors games while they’re live and works directly with the broadcast teams when issues come up. We care about getting that experience right for families who can’t be there in person.
Thank you again for the detailed feedback. We appreciate you sticking with us, and we’ll keep working to do better. We’ll also make sure Brady sees the shoutout!

I had cancelled my subscription prior to the end date. Upon doing so I was told that I still had the opportunity to reinstate it if I changed my mind before my year end expiry date arrived. I did end up deciding to keep my subscription. It was as simple as an email to FloSports, and within minutes I was reinstated with approx 1 month left on my original subscription. They were very clear about the renewal process and exactly what it would cost me for another year. I’m happy with their transparent, quick and efficient service!

The announcers are super low rate as well. If you can avoid using this app to watch your games, find a better way.

Good value for money; annoying ads; a persistent technical issue
I have been a subscriber for several years, to the rugby feed only. There is a lot of content for the price so it is good value. There are sometimes 'picture-in-picture' ads which greatly spoil the experience of watching a game when the action is live. About 4 months ago I reported a technical issue which prevents viewing live streams on a Roku Streaming Stick+ device; this has not been fixed. Viewing on other platforms works, and viewing of replays works correctly.

We understand the frustration with picture-in-picture ads during live action. Ads should appear around natural breaks whenever possible so they don’t take away from the game itself.
Regarding the Roku Streaming Stick+, we’re sorry you’ve continued to have trouble watching live streams on that device. The Streaming Stick+ is an older generation of Roku hardware, and device age and compatibility can become a factor as streaming technology continues to evolve. Since you’ve confirmed that replays work and live streams work properly on your other devices, we’d like to take another look at what you’re experiencing.

Most of the time the camera is working fine. During this particular game, the camera stopped following the game and was positioned towards some campus building. The announcer did great but the camera wasn’t following. After a few minutes it got corrected. All good.

FloSports currently supports streaming on up to 12 devices within the same household/network, but we know that doesn’t solve every situation. The good news is that expanded viewing options for families are something our team is already working on, and we hope to have more to share in the future. We appreciate you letting us know how important that flexibility would be for you.
Improving all the time!
This is our second season with a FloHockey Subscription. I only gave 3 stars because I know it will get better and want room to bump the rating up with improvements!! We have had a few things we had to reach out for and their support team is great at answering promptly. It is usually a problem with a feed, which gets resolved pretty quick and most times you can switch to the other feed until it is resolved. This platform really has potential and we saw improvements as the season went on last year. I would say the biggest addition we'd love to see is the ability for our family to be able to have more than one sign on. We are a family of 4 and only one sign on for a streaming service can be challenging with work travel, hockey travel etc. We bought this service to follow a specific team and fighting over the sign on when we aren't all in the same place is a little annoying. Overall it is a service worth keeping if you have a team or teams to follow. And as I said the improvements keep coming so while it may be a newer service they are working hard at making it better!! Can't wait to add stars guys!!!!!

Would love to watch if only possible!…
This is what happens when you watch Flo Sports college Soccer:
1. Technical problems on screen before, during, until end of game.
2. Camera control left to any non tech kid in college, with no oversight or agreement for real viewing of the sport.
3. I've been watching while my daughter plays soccer in another state for 3 years, same technical problems, same lack of camera control by colleges All over the nation.
4. Flosports rising cost, with same non viewing status, so paying for a name, and receiving no benefit. At least I would say allowing schools to be responsible for tons of viewer's who can choose to plug and unplug to go to the bathroom or get something to eat, or doesn't like the college their playing so they zoom in real close to not see visiting team play, then zoom out for home team, in for visiting , out for home team, are we getting what goes on? When they are contacted by whoever is in charge they unplug and tell Flosports (I guess) technical difficulties, then when home team has the ball , back on, then when visiting team has the ball UNPLUG TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES!!
5. What is professional about your business?? It has no control over college kids, or whoever wants to start talking to someone and walks away from the camera? This goes on ALL OVER THE NATION! I ask again what good is there to report on your business! No controls, whatsoever!
I'm deeply Sorry this is a terrible report, but it is not honest or ethical to allow people to be persuaded they can watch sports for$$$$$ and it's maybe or maybe not!
