I know the weather has been awful since the start of the year really hasn't it!
When the floods last hit we had customers tweeting that the lines are still present and bright even have being under water for days.

Using Scape and so far so Good
Using Scape and so far so Good, the only issue I have is we use a non fleet marker which does not constantly "cycle" the paint and water so sometimes I have issues with the paint seperating/settling when In use.
For a price range paint, I have been very pleased.

Good products, Too much packaging
Can only seem to order online, no particular sales rep they just say 'order online' so although we are happy with the service ie free postage, quality of products there is no real personal touch. I have also noticed they don't send an invoice via e-mail like they used to.
The biggest bug bare for me is the amount of packaging! it is ridiculous. We order paint - it comes in polystyrene and then cardboard as well, they must not trust the couriers much. Other companies just send the containers of paint.

We have looked back in to your order history and see you order frequently rather than in bulk which means we have to use a carrier service. We are more than happy to collect the packaging used when our lorry or rep is next in the area if this helps, on the other hand should you wish to buy slightly larger orders we can arrange this to come on our own transport, this means we can take take the drums off the pallet for you?
Our COG system will eventually do away with all extra packaging needed when shipping, we hope to start rolling this out to standard products later this year.
I will make sure a rep gets in touch today and i will make accounts aware of sending invoices via email.
Glad you are happy with the product line and we will make sure the packaging issue is sorted in a way that suits both user and supplier.

Enquired as to whether the paint would arrive before the weekend (it's Wednesday) and was told as long as I placed the order before 12 they would ensure it goes out for delivery the next day! Very helpful service! Would definitely recommend!
