Shocking delivery
Shocking delivery , when ordering I clearly asked for the good on Thursday . I chased three times . Not a good response to any of my many calls .
Goods came on the Friday at 0918 so we lost hours in our working day to carry out the works on time for our customer .
Some care needs to be taken that goods arrive on time and you really really need a reliable carrier to deliver goods dpd suck at it .
I would not put my time money and faith in the service again .

We are very sorry you felt the need to write the review and your local rep will be in touch with you shortly.
I have investigated the complaint and it seems we shipped the goods on Wednesday for delivery Thursday as per our terms with DPD. It seems they delivered to the wrong address and in turn meant they would have to deliver the goods the following working day (Friday).
We are very sorry that the third party delivery service we use has let ourselves and you down on this occasion, If DPD had let us know we could have made you aware of the delay and tried to make other arrangements.
We ship hundreds of parcels a week with DPD and on the whole they are the best haulier we have used, the text service and ability to rearrange shipments is a great.
Again we apologise on behalf of DPD and sorry you have had this experience but as you will see from the hundreds of positive reviews it is generally the third party services which end up letting us down.
We at Fleet hope the job went well and please let us know how we can help in the future.

Late notice call for help
I phoned late on a Friday afternoon with a request for an engineer to call first thing Monday to repair our Beamrider marker before a high profile booking. Fleet pulled out all the stops, unfurloughed an Engineer and kept me updated with their plans. As a result my weekend was worry-free, the equipment was working better than ever by 10am on Monday and the client was delighted with the quality of the pitches.
Result, Thank you Fleet!!

I cant speak highly enough of Fleet Line markers and Adam.in.particular. We urgently needed a battery for our Kombi marker. He supplied it and less than 24 hours later we were marking our pitch in time for an important game. Great service!
