Ordered and paid for a £400+ mirror and order confirmed. After a week of no communication or dispatch information I enquired as to the status of my order only to receive an email stating we do not deliver to your postcode. In the delivery information it states they do deliver to my location. So the long and short of it they kept my money for a week and then supplied a lame excuse. This should have been identified at the checkout process. Amateur and Unprofessional

Good product. Competitively priced. Would have preferred to have bought it ready assembled but that is just because I am lazy, and anyway, now I can recline and snooze.

Did not deliver on the delivery time at all. Needed it ASAP and they stayed wed have it within 2-5 days which is what we wanted. Ended up being nearly 3 weeks. Made out they couldn't reach me by phone but had no messages or missed calls. Communication very poor by email.. took forever. Price was higher than we found elsewhere but due to needing it quick paid more. No apologies for delay. Product seems OK.. came yday not built yet but company service and communication poor

I order three breakfast bar stools back in early Jan, as they said they had them in stock. It's now May and they still haven't arrived. I chase them every week and all I get is thanks for your patience! Which run out weeks ago. Don't order anything from them! They are not responding to my emails now and their Customer Service voice messaging service is always full up, so can't even leave a message - Terrible company, They have my money and I don't have my stools!

All good except alignment on one side did not matched when extended.

Not informed at point of sale nil stock of goods took payment then days/ week later informed no supply till August even after order cancelled have still contacted me and as of yet haven’t seen refund !

Website stated clearly item was in stock with delivery in 5-7 days. Ordered and paid only to receive a call the next morning stating it would be available in four months time! Denied that website said it was in stock! Order immediately cancelled!

ORDERED 2 TABLES THAT SAID IN STOCK 2/ 3 WEEK DELIVERY , THEY'VE TAKEN THE MONEY I'VE RANG THREE TIMES AND EVERY TIME I CALL ALL I GET IS ITS 2/3 WEEK WAIT , THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE THEM IN I SAID I'LL GIVE IT ONE MORE WEEK IF NOT I'M CANCELLING THE ORDER ,I WONT NEVER USE THIS COMPAMY AGAIN THAT'S FOR SURE

Ordering the furtniture was not a problem, website easy to use. However, although this was ordered nearly 3 weeks ago and payment taken, I still to recieve confirmation as to when delivery will be completed. I have e-mailed requesting this information but have yet to receive a positive response.

Not in stock and not available for restock was told very late and not even informed if the finance option has been cancelled and sorted

Never received the item. Shows in stock online , after days of waiting they inform you it’s actually not! And only because I asked!

Very disappointing

Ordered and paid for large table and chairs in March . We received an email to say they had received payment and delivery would be in four weeks.
No response since
I’ve tried ringing and sent a couple of emails and still no response.
It’s very concerning as the furniture was quite expensive
Have I been robbed !!!!
